Argh argh matey and welcome to Krakens Kove! This fun and themed home is perfect for the entire family, from sunken ships, dark lit candles and the kraken himself - this is a place for the entire family to get loose, enjoy the them parks of the Tampa area while creating their own fun at the family home!
A themed and fun space - you can find tasteful pirate decor just about everywhere! We are also located just 5 mins from the Busch Gardens theme park - the Montu roller coaster can be seen from the back yard!
All outdoor and indoor spaces are private and for your use only!
I love interacting with my guests, but that interaction is entirely up to you! Please reach out if you need anything at all - I want to be sure you have the absolute best time at our home!
A working class neighborhood in the midst of suburbia Tampa FL!
It is possible to get around via Uber only if you are looking just to spend time at Busch Gardens and the S. Tampa area. I do however recommend renting a car if you are able to!
We do have a few different security features outside our home which include, a ring camera, a camera facing the driveway, a camera facing the front of the property and a camera overlooking our pool area. We do not monitor these devices during your stay, they are simply here for insurance purposes.
We also have a motion detector inside the home which is never set - this device is only used when the home is vacant and secured with our security system. It does not record audio or video - it simply monitors motion when the home is secured with our security system

Third-Party Bookings:
If you’re booking on behalf of someone else, please let us know in advance. We’ll need their full name, phone number, and a valid photo ID before approval.
While your own Airbnb account is verified, a third-party guest is not—so this extra step ensures safety and compliance for everyone. Many hosts do not allow third-party bookings, but we’re happy to accommodate them with proper verification.
Damages & Responsibility:
Please treat the home with care during your stay. The booking guest is responsible for any damages, late checkouts, or additional cleaning required.
This includes plumbing issues caused by flushing foreign objects, excessive toilet paper, or baby wipes.
If a plumber is needed to remove a clog or restore service, the cost of that visit will be billed to you as damage reimbursement.
Pets:
We love hosting furry friends! Please let us know before arrival so we can include the $300 pet fee, which covers the extra cleaning care they require.
The fee is per pet—if you’re bringing more than one, we’ll manually request the additional fee after your booking is confirmed.
If a pet arrives unannounced, the $300 fee will automatically apply after check-in.
Cancellations:
This reservation is non-refundable. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your plans in case something unexpected comes up.
Smoking:
The home is non-smoking indoors. Smoking is welcome outside only—please use designated areas and dispose of butts responsibly. A minimum $500 fee applies for indoor smoke remediation.
Extended Stays (29+ Days):
Stays over 29 days must be requested and approved in advance. We’ll require your photo ID, email address, and a signed lease agreement confirming your check-in and check-out dates.
No security deposit is required; however, there is a $365 private insurance cost that will be requested after booking.
Your reservation is not fully secure until the lease and ID are received.
