Welcome to Tee-to-Green on Prospector 15! Centrally located in the heart of Suncadia Resort on Legacy Trail, this golf front home was designed with luxury vacationing in mind. This ideal location is close to Swiftwater Winery, golf, hiking/biking trails, and all-season resort activities.

Located in Suncadia's Legacy neighborhood close to resort activities and attractions including: Swiftwater Cellars winery, bike and walking trails, Batista Park, Prospector driving range, Stovehouse at The Inn, and Suncadia Lodge.

This beautiful home’s main floor boasts a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with granite countertops and a large kitchen island. The main floor has an open floor plan with a beautiful live edge dining table seating 9-10 comfortably and 3 bar stools at the island.

The great room is a popular place to gather for games, movie night, family celebrations, or reading by the fire.
Upstairs, you will find a large bonus room with a large comfortable sectional and 70” smart TV along with all bedrooms on the second floor.

All sleeping areas are on the 2nd floor:
• Primary Suite with King bed
• Guest Room #1 with Queen bed
• Guest Room #2 with Queen bed
• Bunk Room with 2 Twin over Full bunks (sleeps 4)

The driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars. Suncadia does not allow street parking and any overflow parking is available at The Inn or Swiftwater Cellars near by.

**Not included: Access to Swim and Fitness or Nelson Farm pools.
**Absolutely NO Pets. A violation will result in additional cleaning fee. Thank you for respecting the Homeowners and keeping your pets at home.
