Our thoughtfully designed home offers a seamless blend of modern comfort and timeless charm.

We offer all basic necessities: blankets, towels, linens, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, ironing board, iron, detergent, fabric softener & all kitchen items.

The spacious living areas provide ample space for families to come together and share special moments. Whether it's a cozy movie night in the living room or a delightful meal in the dining area, you'll find the perfect setting to connect and unwind.

Kitchen
Fully equipped with all cooking necessities. You'll have cutting boards, pots, pans, a tea kettle, knife set, a drip coffee maker, toaster, mixing bowls, pasta strainer, can opener and spices.

Pool
CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES! There are no baby gates around the pool. Pool deep end is around 7 feet in depth. Please be mindful while swimming for you and your children's safety.

Guests have access to the garage to use the laundry room

*** Pets allowed for a fee of $299/pet - please add them on the reservation

*** If travelling with babies you'll have:

Private parking on premises. Our driveway fits 4 cars. You have the option to also park in the garage but we don't provide a remote to open the garage from the outside. In the event of you parking in the garage please make sure you close the garage door from inside.
Parking is not allowed on the street or on the grass! Failure to comply will result in $250 fine.
Other things to note
NO PARTIES/Gathering/Events! We have a strict no parties/events/gatherings rule! Failure to follow this rule might result in cancelation of your reservation without refund and extra charges added to your reservation

NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED!
NO SMOKING! * violating this rule will result in $500 extra charge
NO GLASSWARE around the pool!

OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS: 10PM - 8AM

WE HAVE CAMERAS AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE PROPERTY! Please DO NOT COVER them!
Please do not access illegal websites or download anything using our WI-FI!

Internet/Cable:
There is no Cable Tv, however we do have high-speed internet throughout the house and each TV is set up with the most common streaming apps. No refunds shall be given for outages, lack of content or personal preference with regards to the Wi-Fi.

Trash:
All trash is to be bagged and put in waste bins provided.
Trash days are Monday & Thursday morning. Recycling is only Thursday morning. If you are staying on these days, please bring the bins out to the street to be collected. We appreciate your help!

IMPORTANT FOR PARENTS:
Children are always welcome! While our property is family-friendly, it's not entirely child-proof. Parents with small children need to supervise them at ALL TIMES and assume liability.
CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES! There are no baby gates around the pool.

Pets:
Pets must be disclosed before your reservation is confirmed. Big breeds won't be allowed. Maximum of 1 pet allowed.

Tropical Climate:
Our property is in a tropical climate zone, so you might encounter creatures like snakes, insects, palmetto bugs and lizards.

If you're a local or were a local, this information needs to be disclosed. We reserve the right to decline your reservation if you are local to our area.

*** To keep the property spotless and beautiful pool services are scheduled weekly, and lawn services twice a month!

Please respect check out time! Extra charges will be applied to your reservation if you stay after 11AM!

*** Due to Florida warm climate and despite monthly pest control treatments you may come across insects during your stay.
The White Swan is professionally treated with pest control team on a monthly basis for pests that are common to the area and climate. Please understand that we don't have any control over what exists outside of the rental unit.

Violation of this rule will result in $1000 extra charge and cancellation of your reservation without refund of remaining days

This includes, but is not limited to, any injuries, property damage, or legal actions resulting from my actions or the actions of my additional guests during the duration of my stay.
