HexHaus, a Bright & Modern Newly Renovated Home with Free Parking
Come home to a calm space after a long day or a fun night out. You will have the entire newly renovated front unit and front yard to yourself. Located 3 miles from USC Keck Hospital, convenient for travel nurses. A 4-minute drive from the trendy neighborhood of Highland Park. Visit local coffee shops, panaderia's (bakery's), and dozens of yummy Mexican restaurants to dine-in or order take-out in El Sereno!
The space
Each living space has its own air unit with a remote control so you may personalize the temperature in each room.
The open concept living room and kitchen makes the space feel bigger and allows for conversations to continue between cooking and lounging. Countertop space allows for dining with two stools, perfect for dining and for a workspace area. Includes cookware, baking sheet, coffee maker, garbage disposal, refrigerator, & cleaning supplies.
The bathroom is equipped with both a shower and tub, great for a relaxing hot bath. Big enough for bathing the kiddos. Body and Hand towels will be provided.
Each bedroom has a queen bed with full bedding plus 2 euro pillows for extra comfort, & large closet space. As a second option, I can arrange one room to be an office space with a desk instead of a second queen bed. This will have to be arranged with at least one week notice for guests booking longer than 8 weeks. Regardless, there will definitely be free WIFI and plenty of space for laptop and other electronic devices.
The front yard is available and exclusive to you for your recreation. We ask for your patience and understanding as we are still renovating the exterior of the home which includes further updates to the fence and landscaping. This means there may be changes before and after your stay that may differ from photos recently uploaded on listing.

Guest access
This is a duplex (multi-dwelling property) and you have access to the front unit only which includes the yard space facing the street and the spaces shown in listing photos. Not allowed on the sides of the property, the backyard nor the back unit. You will enter the property from the gate entrance entered from the street. This entrance is accessible to the back tenant as well. You do not have access to entries found on the alley.
Other things to note
I provide each guest with comfy house slippers to help you feel at home and maintain the 'no outdoor shoes in the house' rule.
For those that sleep during the day, I provide you with eye masks to help blackout light and earplugs for a more restful sleep. These are items you may keep and are not required to replace or replenish. All other items on the property will need to maintain clean & cared for and stay on the property for other guests to enjoy.
Communication is Key! If you have any additional questions about any details or just plain curious, please reach out via app to keep communication clear for a more pleasant stay.
