Remodeled home with great view of the Oro Valley . Open concept Gourmet kitchen and living room. This 3 bedroom 2 bath comes fully stocked with linens, bedding, towels, WiFi, multiple smart TV’s w/streaming apps, and includes a fully stocked kitchen-30 Day Rental.
Minutes away from La Encantada shopping mall with great restaurants. Minutes to hiking, golf & biking trails!
All guests will receive a welcome book by email with check in and check out instructions. This will provide the coded entry necessary to unlock the door.
$250 non-refundable per pet fee. Pets are permissible with landlords authorization. If there is a service animal please contact us and provide the documentation to support this. Make sure all pet feces has been picked up and thrown in a bag in the large outside trash bin at Check Out. $50 penalty fee will be assessed for violation.
Parties or events of any kind are strictly prohibited on theproperty. If a party is held, a $1,000 penalty fine will be evicted immediately.
