This cozy forest hideaway accommodates 6 guests in 2 bedrooms plus one additional sleeping area in the loft. The master bedroom is on the main level of the home and is fitted with a queen-size bed.

The upper level accommodates another four guests, two of which can sleep in the secondary bedroom. The secondary bedroom features two twin-size beds. An additional two twin-size beds are in the loft area.

There is one full bathroom on the main level of the home which has a combination shower and tub. Worry about nothing as it is thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials you need for your trip to the Maine mountains.

☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆

The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home.

The living room is situated on the main level of the home and is kitted with an HDTV with a Roku entertainment system, allowing full access to your favorite streaming services.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆

The exterior area of this home boasts a patio including a 3-4 person hot tub and a fire pit equipped with chairs for your whole group. Lounge in the sun on a nice summer day, or step out back for a soak in your private hot tub on a cool winter evening.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests will have access to all rooms and amenities. You’ll receive a code for the smart lock for secure and easy entrance into the home.

There are two window AC units installed in the summer months - one in the living room and one in the first floor bedroom. We also have portable fans available for guest use.

- We have an additional TopHost Vacation Rentals Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.

- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Rental Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home.

- Unexpected things can happen, so WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND getting travel insurance in case you need to cancel your booking.

- Guests will have access to all rooms and amenities. You’ll receive a code for the lockbox for secure and easy entrance into the home.

DOG GUIDELINES

- By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay.

- No dogs left home alone unless crated.

- Please clean up after your pet.

- $150 pet fee per stay.
