• Traveler must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.
• A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking
• Please note that guests can request a foam mattress for 500 pesos each
• Front Desk Hours: 7 am-10 pm

Pool Operation Hours:

• Tuesday to Sunday: 6:00 am to 9:00 am and 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
• Monday: Closed for maintenance.

Please be advised that a pool usage fee is applicable:

• Morning Use: 150 PHP
• Evening Use: 200 PHP

These fees are collected by the building administration, and the administration office is conveniently located by the pool area
House rules
• NO SMOKING. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
