Hidden away on 3 acres but still on the water. Being tucked up in the woods gives you the privacy you want and when you are ready to be social you can walk down the hill to play at the beach. It is the best of both worlds.
Best part we are 30-40 min from St. Louis! The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything Innsbrook has to offer from this centrally located place in the resort.

The space
Huge accommodating home with walls of windows. You will feel like you are in the woods without being in the woods.

Everything is spacious. From the kitchens to the bedrooms to the back yard. Situated on a very private 7 acre lake, you can swim, kayak, paddle board and fish right at home or travel to one of Innsbrooks other 90 lakes.

This house is directly across the street (tucked down) from the Innsbrook Commons center, where there are concerts in the summer, access to one of the pools, the gym and many other fun things to do. We are situated in the heart/middle of Innsbrook. So you can be anywhere in a jiffy.

Property comes equipped with its own private beach and fire pit area. Waterfront.

House features:
Four bedrooms. 3 1/2 bathrooms. Free internet, but it is slow (you are in the wilderness). Soooo roomy. There is space to spread out and bring friends/family. Four families can easily go in on this place.

Pellet and Charcoal Grill. (Bring your own charcoal/pellets to be on the safe side.) Laundry. Games and DVDs for rainy days provided. Some baby items available. (jumper chair, bounce chair, toys) Bring your own wood or use what you can find in the woods. You can purchase some from Innsbrook as well, for the fire pit. There are two gas fireplaces inside the house.

A main level master bedroom suite, private dining area, spacious kitchen with breakfast bar, dishwasher, open great room with gas fireplace There are 3 additional bedrooms downstairs. The master downstairs has a private bathroom with tub & shower and its own fireplace in the room. There is also a bar in the basement with additional fridge.


**Remember this is as close to camping as you can get without being in a tent. If you don't like bugs, this place isn't for you. The bugs and wildlife, love IBK as much as we do and as much and as hard as we work to keep them out, they will occasionally find their way in. With these not being permanently lived in, it's hard to keep on top of the critters as you would normally.**

Short drive to golf course, Clubhouse Bar & Grille, horse stables and the new Charrette Creek Commons recreational complex featuring a pool, lazy river, fitness center, playground and outdoor amphitheater for Saturday night free concerts (May29th - Sept.3)

There is an online document available upon request that lists pricing and availability. Typically around $300 a day + cleaning fee.


There are kayaks and a john boat at the property. HOWEVER sometimes due to weather or a prior renters carelessness, these items may be unavailable or out of commission. These are extras we try to supply (FREE OF CHARGE) to make our guests experience as amazing as possible.

Other things to note
Neighbors aren't the most friendly to renters so make sure you give good directions to people visiting and always just say you are a guest. Never a renter. Ha!
