Welcome to this charming 1950’s home located in Tucson’s Campbell Corridor! This 3 bd/2 ba getaway combines vintage charm with modern conveniences and is situated in a vibrant neighborhood surrounded by dozens of shops, a grocery store and great restaurants—all within walking distance. Guest can enjoy a quick walk to Starbucks, Five Guys, or the Baja Cafe for a delicious bite to eat. Or walk to Casa Molina for an authentic local mexican meal and world famous margaritas.
There is a ring camera at the front door only. The owner can see who comes and goes.
The location is unbeatable, with St. Philips Plaza just moments away. The plaza features top-notch restaurants and a bustling farmers market. And for outdoor activities, "The Loop" bike path along the Rillito creek is a short bike ride away. If you head the other direction, you will end up at the University of Arizona, just a five minute drive from the home.
Inside, the living room is bathed in natural light and decorated with vintage accents. You can sink into the sofa or enjoy a movie on the flatscreen TV. The kitchen is a fun mix of original features mixed with new appliances and is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining. The primary bedroom has a queen sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. Guest room 1 has a king sized bed and the third bedroom has a queen sized bed with a desk if you’re working form home. The home has high speed internet. Enjoy your coffee in the cozy backyard with a view of the mountains. The back yard is fully fenced if you are traveling with your dog.
