Live your beach front dream. Spectacular views from nearly every window. Newly built and newly listed, this 3 bedroom townhome has everything you will need for the perfect vacation. Kitchen is sparkling new with chef quality appliances. Have your coffee in the morning in your sun-drenched living room overlooking the ocean or even better, in the Adirondack chairs on the back deck. Grill out on the wrap around deck with expansive ocean all around. Literally steps to the semi-private beach where there is never a crowd. Bedrooms feature 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and a kids room with two twins and a double bunk on top. Full size washer/dryer. You won’t want to leave.

Please note: Linens are not provided with this rental. Linen service available for a fee. Also, separate contract required to rent. 6 person maximum occupancy.

This beach house was beautiful, spotless and in a great location. The views from the decks were beautiful and the beach area was great. The whole family was impressed by the furnishings, the modern appliances and all of the supplies in the house. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood. Parking is available for 2 cars only as was explained by the owners before we made the reservation.

Worth every penny! Not only is the house meticulously pristine, and the views incredible (you can see from Hyannis to Harwich!), but the hosts are DELIGHTFUL.Some gems you might miss from the pictures: nest thermostat hvac, usb-equipped outlets, smart tvs, Bluetooth speaker, high end cutlery and cookware, nespresso and keurig machines. Basically all the creature comforts from home are here. The bunk room was a huge hit with our kids. And the upstairs laundry was a huge plus for us. The stairs are the stairs but you know what you’re getting with that. The parking under the building is tight but we fit a Honday Odyssey under the house and that is a big vehicle (for size reference).We will be renting from this host, this house, yearly for the foreseeable future. I’ve been renting at the cape my entire life and we’ve never been so happy and relaxed as we were renting this property this year. I literally can’t speak highly enough about it.

Relaxation…with a view!

The location is absolutely unbeatable—just steps from the beach with stunning views all around. You can fall asleep to the sound of the waves!The home itself was spotless—so clean and cared for. It felt fresh, comfortable, and incredibly welcoming from the moment we walked in. Perfect relaxing summer escape—we were sad to leave! Ty to the hosts!

Beautiful location

We loved staying at this beautiful, clean and well stocked home with incredible views! The limitation on number of people and parking is strict as listed and is understandable. If this is not an issue for you, you will love this incredible home!
