Welcome on in! Our newest addition is trendy, chic and ready for you, your friends&family to relax and unwind after a long day in the city.

Walk in the front door to find an open concept living area with 65'' TV.

Kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials. Coffee, cream, and sugar are provided. Dining table for 8 w/ additional bar stool seating in kitchen.

Just on the other side of the kitchen is the game room. Check it out! Your kids, family and friends will not want to leave. Pool Table, foosball table, tic-tac-toe, a PacMan arcade machine (has other arcade games built in), and a 65'' TV! Sofa in game room opens out to a queen sized sofa bed.

Primary bedroom w/ ensuite bathroom, king bed, sitting area, and 43'' TV.
2nd bedroom w/ queen bed and 43'' TV.
3rd bedroom w/ queen bed and 43'' TV.
4th bedroom w/ queen bed located inside game room.

All TVs are logged in to watch Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+, Prime Video and Paramount+. Netflix and HBO Max are downloaded so you can log in to your personal account. We do not have cable service.

Step in to the backyard to an oasis! You'll find a dining area along with a welcoming seating area. Take a dip in the pool. Catch some sun on the loungers. Enjoy a cookout with friends and family on the grill. Propane tank is provided, please see other details to note section. On cooler nights, enjoy the fire pit. You will have access to the entire home with the exception of a locked housekeeping closet in the hallway and a locked closet in the bedroom by the game room. You will not have access to these at any point during the stay.

Important information about the pool -
The backyard pool is not covered. We will make every attempt to keep the pool as clean as possible, but at times leaves and debris might make their way into the pool. The pool attendant is scheduled only once a week on Wednesday so please keep this in mind when making your reservation.

The gardener does make his service every other week. He will only access the front and back yards.

If this is something that might concern you, please ask questions ahead of time to see if their service falls during your stay. They will do their best to finish quickly and efficiently. Their service is needed to upkeep and maintain the property. We cannot reschedule their service.

As mentioned in the listing description, there is a propane tank for the fire pit and grill. If it is empty, we can reimburse you for the price of the exchange. Just send us a picture of the receipt and we will send you the funds electronically. We will not be available to do the exchange for you.

There are 3 security cameras and 1 recording doorbell on property. 2 cameras are facing the front exterior of property. 1 is facing the side of the property. All are on and recording 24/7 for security purposes. There is also a device in the backyard monitoring noise level but does not record audio.
