Amazing, warm, relaxing, quite 4 bedroom and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a 65” Sony tv, recliners and a king size bed. The second bedroom has a nice table, lamp and a queen sized bed. The third bedroom has a nice table, lamp and queen sized bed. The forth bedroom or den has a queen sized bed and private bathroom. The kitchen has high end appliances, Silestone countertops and glass backsplash. This kitchen is very desirable to cook in. The bathrooms are all new custom tile. Enjoy! 😊

Update badly needed

There was room enough for everyone. I like the recording ring doorbell. I like bathroom connect to bedroom. I didn’t like the wide open vent in the floor leading to bathroom. The bathroom door is on backwards. The coffee pot was molded. There were plenty of towels and washcloths. The bed is too close to the wall. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. I probably would stay there again but the price was high for the condition of the house. This house needs a lot of maintenance.

Didn’t feel comfortable and the home is not up to my family’s expectations. Unfortunately, the conditions of the home were not as expected and made the stay difficult to bear. I did my best to make it work, but the experience fell short of what was advertised. The sofa is broken. The towels need to be replaced being that have a mildew smell. The blinds are torn throughout the rear of the home. The A/C does not cool on the upper floor. Dim lighting in the living room. The bedding and pillow cases does not match. The trash can in the kitchen is not functional. The outside upkeep of the home is not pleasing to the eye. I was not aware that someone else would be occupying the home. The floors creak as you walk throughout the home, especially the stairs. When cancelled the reservation, the irate owner arrived to the property and insulted my family in the most unforgettable way. Stating that we are liars, however pictures and videos don’t lie.

This guest doesn’t like to tell the truth. He told us a car parked behind him and because of this he thought someone was in the home. The funny thing is the neighbor was the one parked behind him. It’s a single family home with a top alarm system and cameras front and back. The cameras record anyone walking up to the home. One of the recliners stoped working after they arrived. We called the company where we bought it, to make arrangements to have it repaired. They also put a big dent in our refrigerator and we were in shock. We went to check on them and they were very rude and treated Jessica bad. They were acting crazy and saying very rude things to us. They called me a dirty “ N “ word, thought this was a crazy statement, I’m a white man and felt very threatened. The crazy ladies in the group threatened to attack me and I stared filming them. Then they took over 40 minutes past checkout and tried not to pay for their stay. We are good people and provide a very nice home. Hopefully the possible guest will read this and realize the truth in this matter. Sincerely, Loren and Jessica

Wow, just wow!

It looked abandoned with overgrown shrubs and a "Beware of Dog" sign. Jessica, the host, was finishing cleaning upon arrival due to a late checkout. The living room had an 85" TV but only one lamp with no shade. One couch was broken. The dining room had a table and a makeshift hutch. The kitchen was odd with mismatched items; no coffee pot for the brewer, mismatched dishes, a broken trash can lid, no wine opener, no dishwasher detergent, and limited silverware. The fridge beeped with a filter light. The downstairs bathroom had a broken towel rack, a light bulb out, cobwebs, an unlatching door, and a weak shower. There was no soap. Smoke detectors were missing or not working. Bedroom doors had broken doorknobs, locking guests in. There were no dressers and limited outlets. Bugs were found in a light fixture. Ants invaded food on the table. There was no extra trash liner or paper towels. The back parking space was unusable. The reviewer recommends immediate repairs and proper outfitting of the property. After informing the host, the host became hostile.

Daniel, We had a nice family for 22 days before him. They enjoyed their stay. I met him in front of the home. They had a very nice stay. Then he decided about 10 hours after leaving decided to hit us up for money. He texted me back and forth for around 1 hour. His complaints had no merit and was misleading. I’m a 35 year General Contractor and I check the house before and after every stay. My honey is a General Contractor too. We care and love our properties. I’m not going to let any random Joe with almost no knowledge in construction make decisions on our properties. We are also with Airbnb and have a 4.7 out of 5.0. That’s with over 1000 stays between our many properties. We always give a safe and clean environment to stay at our properties. We invite you and your family to stay and enjoy all of our homes.
