Located in the wonderful residential area of Cayman Kai is our luxurious yet comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom secluded beachfront home complete with a spacious screened-in back patio overlooking the water and a white sandy beach and private boat dock.

Entering the home will instantly welcome you to your own personal paradise. At first foot in the door, you’ll find a bright, airy living space with a breathtaking view. The open-concept living area includes a comfortable seating area, a flat-screen TV and a dining table with unforgettable views.

The primary bedroom includes a view of your beach from the king bed a seating area and a flat-screen TV. It comes equipped with its own beautiful ensuite bathroom and his and her sinks. The second bedroom is just off the living room and here you will find a double bed along with a separate spacious sitting area that has two twin pull-out sofas, so there is plenty of bedding for everyone in your group! There is a full bathroom adjacent to the bedroom. The living room sofa hides a comfortable double sofa bed. The villa comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, so it is ideal for two families or a group of friends.

The villa has a wonderful screened-in back patio overlooking your white sandy beach complete with tables and chairs ideal for socializing with your group and enjoying some downtime. There is a freshwater shower right by the back door to rinse off after a swim. The house comes with a gas BBQ so you can grill up dinner with a cold drink and then relax on the screened-in patio to enjoy your meals or play games while the fresh sea breeze blows through.

Mosey over to the hammock with a good book and take advantage of the serenity that Whispering Kai has to offer or settle down under the coconut trees which provide shade for the lounge chairs while looking out over the North Sound, here you can enjoy the most breathtaking views and breezes in comfort!

If you are up for it, don’t go to sleep on one of the best things this location has to offer! There is one more adventure right on your doorstep - but you’ll need to grab one of the kayaks off the beach and wait for dark. The location of our home allows our guests the unique experience of kayaking out on the cove at night to witness the bioluminescence of the cove which is found in only a handful of places in the world! The bioluminescence appears as the movement of your kayak and paddles (or bodies if you fancy a swim!) disturb the micro-organisms in the water causing them to glow or emit light. This phenomenon is best seen on a dark night when there is no moon and away from the dock lights of the homes on the cove.

All beach and bathroom linens are provided including sheets, bath towels and big, fluffy beach towels. High-speed Wi-Fi is included, so you can conveniently stay in touch with family and friends back home or get in touch with the office, if the need arises! There is a phone provided so you can make free local calls and book your favorite restaurant or excursions! A washer/dryer, hairdryer and gourmet coffee maker are in our home for your use, ensuring you have all the comforts of home!

Located just a short walk from our home you will find:
The Famous Rum Point Beach, Rum Point Restaurant, The Wreck Bar & Grill at Rum Point Beach, Red Sail Sports at Rum Point where you can organize Scuba Diving, Jet-Skiing, Paddle Boats, Water Skiing and Stingray City / Snorkel Trips. Tennis courts, Crystal Caves and Cayman Kayaks (if you want a guided kayaking tour) are also nearby.

A short walk in the opposite direction is the The Kaibo Beach Bar & Grill. They have a wonderful coffee shop - the perfect spot for a morning stroll to grab that cuppa and enjoy a fresh croissant!
