"Villa Verde" is a luxury 2 bed 2 bath condo located in the gated PGA National Resort Palm Beach Gardens. The unit is located on the ground floor and offers a large screened in balcony with lovely green 'palm tree' views.
THE BEACH: Juno Beach, one of South Florida's finest, is a mere 8-minute drive, offering free parking.
THE COMMUNITY:
The community offers 2 heated pools and is very close to the home of the Honda Classic PGA National. You are able to use the PGA restaurant and spa facilities but NOT other facilities without membership.

Situated within the gated PGA National Resort, the home of the Honda Classic on the PGA Tour, this property offers beautiful parks on-site, and excellent restaurants are just minutes away from the condominium. If you are a member of Golf Pass then you will have access to many wonderful courses. The condo is conveniently located within a 12-minute drive from West Palm Beach, where you can stroll down the renowned Worth Avenue or reach the Gardens Mall in just 5 minutes (indoors and outdoors). The outlet mall, situated off Hwy 95, is only a 10-minute drive from the condo. Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is a 15-minute drive, and Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) is 45 minutes away. Your stay promises exceptional shopping, dining, and access to magnificent beaches.
Parking is available within the gated community adjacent to the residence. Please be aware that pickup trucks and similar vehicles are not allowed in the parking area and will be subject to towing.
INSIDE:
This ground floor property is managed by POSHPADZ Luxury Properties team. You have a fully equipped kitchen with all items you need to make that wonderful meal. Diners can sit at the dining table whilst chatting with your chef! Don't forget the SMART TVs in the living room and bedrooms. One bedroom offers a luxurious King size bed, and second bedroom has a Queen size bed. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV's. Very quiet community and you can't beat the prime location!

All POSHPADZ properties come with a starter pack of 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, dishwasher tabs, hand soap, hotel size shampoo and conditioner, starter laundry detergent, starter garbage bags.
House Rules:
Primary renter 25 years of age or older and guests registered in your booking are permitted inside the residence at any time. Additional nightime visitors are not allowed unless included in the initial guest count at the time of booking.
