**Now available March 2026. Our three-bedroom, two-bath 2,040 sq. ft. villa has a very large lanai overlooking the golf course. The sunsets from the lanai are incredible. Sit on the L-shaped outdoor couch or the lounger with a glass of wine and watch the sun dip down over the 15th fairway. The villa is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, including beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc.

The master bedroom has a very large ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are at the other end of the villa and share a washroom.

The beautiful Bonita Beach is just 15 minutes away. But there is a great pool and hot tub in our gated community if you would rather soak up the sun there. You can also work out in the gym.

Due to its location in southwest Florida, Naples/Bonita Springs enjoys temperate weather most of the year. This area of Florida is a golfer's paradise with many exceptional courses nearby. If you are not a golfer, you can explore the area on our bicycles. The trails and grounds in our community are wonderful.

You can also kayak with the manatees, cruise where the dolphins play or hit the outlet malls. We are close to many amazing restaurants and bars as well. Everything you need for a great vacation is very close at hand.
We are minutes from the town of Naples with its coveted restaurants and shops as well.
What you will love about this neighborhood
Bonita Springs is 10 minutes from the Fort Myers airport so very easy to get to. Everything you need is within 10 minutes from the villa - shopping, restaurants, golf, activities, etc. The beach is about 15-20 min. away. Naples is a quick drive south as well. We have bikes and beach gear for your use. The pool and exercise room are about six doors down. Wind down after a busy day with a glass of wine and watch the sunset every evening on the lanai couch or lounge chair. It doesn't get better than that!!
