1-bedroom cottage and private boat dock on deepwater canal close to the springs

This cozy pet friendly cottage lets you catch fish right from your own doorstep! It is a quaint cottage with a nice size bedroom with a king size bed. The kitchen is well stocked and has a full-size refrigerator, stove and microwave. The living room has a beautiful waterfront view. The Tiki bar in the photos is your space as well (there is a door into another unit opening into the Tiki bar for access only).
There are 2 kayaks on a rack in your garden for you to use.
You can catch your own bait: pinfish, crabs or mullet. You are likely to see dolphins and manatees from your living room. There's a screened-in bar area with comfortable chairs to nod off in. You are minutes by boat or car to the Homosassa Wildlife Park.

There are many fine restaurants in the Homosassa and Crystal River area for your enjoyment of our Florida Southern cooking.

If you would like an IMMACULATE quiet place for great fishing or just as a place to nod your head give us a call. I believe this could be the place for you at an affordable rate. If you are looking for a place to entertain your friends while staying at the Rod'n'Nod, we would suggest that you kindly look elsewhere. The cottage is perfect for a couple. It is not suitable for additional overnight guests.

You are welcome to bring your own boat and dock right outside. The Florida record tarpon was caught just a mile or so from the cottage.There are two kayaks ready to go and a charcoal grill free of charge
