The resort accepts weekly bookings starting on Fri, Sat, Sun, or Mon, sometimes I can get special authorization for other days of arrival and sometimes I can get an additional day added to your reservation. It always depends upon AVAILABILTY AND THE TIME IF YEAR!
Vidanta offers a $15.00 per person Shuttle Van to take you from the Airport to the Resort or you can grab a taxi at the airport, although you do have to hire a Taxi when returning to the Airport for about $30 - $40 US.
Location
The Resort is about 20 min. from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport, and about 25-30 min. from the Romantic Zone in PV, with it's exciting Shopping and Gourmet Dining and Family Restaurants. 5th Ave is a Pedestrian only Street lined with inexpensive Souvenir Shops as well as high-end Boutiques, as well as the Fancy Shopping Mall. UBER is also an option to go to downtown PV or back to the Resort, There is a Walmart just 10 min. away in Nuevo Vallarta itself,
The beautiful city of Puerto Vallarta is about 30 min. drive from Nuevo Vallarta and there are several picturesque towns and villages nearby to visit on easy day trips. Countless exciting adventure activities nearby can be arranged by a travel concierge in hotel lobby. 2-Bed Master Suite Max Occupancy 6 adults, 2 kids under 12 years. $10,500 week The exceptionally spacious unit is tastefully decorated in a blend of modern and Mayan-inspired décor. The kitchen is complete with a blender to prepare your favorite margarita, stove, microwave , fridge, coffee maker, cookware and dishes. The well-laid out living area has a dining table, 2 sleeper sofas and flat screen TV with full length sliding glass doors leading to a very spacious balcony where you can relax on the lavish lounge furniture or in your very own private plunge pool. The large bedrooms have a king size bed and ample desk and drawer space. The gorgeous marble master bathroom is accessible from both the living room and bedroom and has double vanity, water closet, and separate walk-in rain shower and jetted soaker tub. The second bedroom has double vanity, water closet, and separate walk-in rain shower and jetted soaker tub. The bedrooms also access the balcony directly. Laundry facilities are available in each building. Beautiful swimming pools are nearby and also along beach.
THE GRAND LUXXE 2-BEDROOM MASTER VILLA i with an additional sitting/sleeping area will sleep 2 on the trundles. Also has it's own private deck, small fridge, microwave, and TV. This area uses the bedroom's bath
The 2-BEDROOM GRAND LUXXE MASTER VILLA is the same as above. a little higher price ($11,900 week). This unit has an additional alcove behind the master bedroom which contains a sleeper sofa, a mini kitchen, private deck with hammock, and your own flat screen TV. All in all, there are four LCD TVs. Your unit accommodates 5 adults and 2 children.
As stated above there is a choice between the 2-bed Suite and the 2-bed Master Villa, there is a difference in price.

EXTRA INFORMATION
Once booked, you will receive confirmation from the resort and/or from me (1 to 3 business days after booking). A final Arrival Confirmation with your reservation number will be sent 2 weeks prior to your check-in date which you will present to the front desk. The Resort requires ID and passport that matches the name on the confirmation and a major credit card. An authorization will be placed on the credit card at check-in for incidentals. Depending upon your reservation a 3% mandatory lodging tax is charged at check-out and there is a minimal daily fee depending upon the unit, $8 to $28.
While at the property, you may be asked to attend a tour on the benefits of owning a vacation plan with this resort. While you are not obliged to attend the tour, the resort will offer you some incentives to do so. A heads up they will keep you there all day.
If you must cancel your reservation, 100% is refunded if canceled at least 60 days or 90 days depends upon your reservation, before your arrival date. PLEASE contact owner directly IF YOU THINK YOU WILL CANCEL or to request a cancellation. I have to pay Vidanta, and their cancelation is 60 days for some of my contracts and 90 days for others.
* MEXICAN VAT TAX. Please be aware as you finalize your booking that it will include a Mexican VAT tax mandated by VRBO for Mexican rentals. This is in addition to the standard booking fee charged by VRBO.
