About this space
The Sunset Cove Lake House on Lake Travis is situated right in the heart of Volente Village. This is a 4 bed 3 full bath house on an acre lakefront lot w/ private boat dock and two boat slips on property. Perfect set up for three families to enjoy fishing, swimming, boating, and various lake activities. Directly across from and walking distance to VIP Marina and The Volente Water Park where you can rent boats/jet skis by the day.
The space
Two levels of Lake Travis Views from most rooms in the house. Two large decks with panoramic gorgeous Lake and Sunset view's. Spacious 4 bedroom 3 bath home with multiple seating, living, and dining areas around home. Pool table hang out room on lower level. This is perfect home for three families to come and stay.
Guest access
There is a keyless entry for access to the home. A private code will be provided to you prior to check in.
Other things to note
This house has everything you would need for a perfect Lake Getaway. All the top Lake Travis amenities are minutes from us. The house is fully supplied with linens, towels, a full kitchen stocked with all your cooking supplies and plateware /glassware. Also a gas grill on lower deck for BBQing.
Please be Advised Summer months from June- September we have a 3 night minimum on the weekends and Holidays. Any bookings booked during these dates that are under 3 nights may be cancelled by host.

We fell in love with the beauty and quaint town feel of Volente. We love being able to walk over to Beachside Billy’s and Volente Marina and Waterpark. The views from our the house are unbelievable and the quick access to all of favorite Lake Travis spots make this an ideal location.

This property offers a large two slip boat dock with quick access to the lake it’s situated on a private cove that is so conveniently close to all the best parts of Lake Travis! The house is the perfect set up to come with family and friends to make memories. Great entertaining areas inside and out. Also great fishing right off our dock!
