Shore Breakaway Condo is a newly renovated monthly rental. Fully furnished open and airy condominium located within two short blocks of the beautiful calm waters of the Chesapeake Bay. The property offers 25 channels on the smart TV, two ceiling fans, and central air, there is a patio with a storage closet. The property is located along the First Landing State park trail. There is also a community pool for the residents. The property is great for those looking for monthly stays. Shore Breakaway Condo is a wonderful 1st-floor unit close to many nearby restaurants to enjoy after a long day working from home. This property is sure to please! You may need more than a month's stay to enjoy all the property and Chicks Beach has to offer. Make your reservation today!

FAMILY GROUPS ONLY AND MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Tenancy is reserved for family groups only, as authorized by Agent's contracts with the property Owners. No gatherings or events are permitted. No high school, college, civic, or other non-family groups are allowed to lease property without prior approval. Identification must be furnished upon request and Tenant is required to sign lease agreement with Agent which will be emailed upon booking. The occupancy limit, as stated in Agent's advertising, cannot be exceeded. Occupancy count includes children. Violation of the above is grounds for immediate eviction with forfeiture of all rent and damage deposit paid.
