Depending on your preference, you may have a short walk to Moda-Fenerbahçe seashore, open for joggers, bikers or sunset walkers; or join the night life at the performance centers within Kadiköy.

Of course you have the option of discovering the wonderful Mansions of Bosphorous (Yalı's) with a delicious lunch at a cute fishermen’s village restaurant located by the Black Sea enterence, or a Princes’ Islands tour, or Beyoglu/Galata/Galata Port Region trip, or last but not the least, an Old Istanbul tour, all waiting for you, your Istanbul Card at the ferry ports is just five minutes away.

And do not forget, you always have the chance of having a magnificent foot massage after a exhausting daytime discovery walk in the environment, or even better, a real Turkish bath experience with scrubbing and foam massage in Aziziye Hamamı; so that you will be ready for your evening discoveries.

Our sturdy, reinforced concrete building is some 40 plus years younger than the neighboring masonry buildings. So you have the chance of utilizing a working roomy lift - a reliable hot water/heating system - air conditioning - reliable electricity/internet/water - natural ventilation - successful sound-/heat/wind insulation, thanks to proper windows and blinders.

Having one apartment house at each floor in this family building, you should expect no opposite door - upstairs -downstairs noise during your stay.

Plenty of sunshine is available in every part of the house for the ones who are fond of; while blinders along with the state of the art dimmable led lights are also an effective solution for the ones who look for some romantic atmosphere.

Mornings are also joyful in our house.

If you prefer watching your sleeping beauty, just sit on your armchair and write your poem / sketch her portrait,

or just walk to the hobby room and discover my timely updated guide file, full of “worth to do’s during a weeks stay”, exchange some business mails or solve one of my mind teasers available in the house.

Also you may feel free to stay in the bedroom and decide which book to read in the morning, after a danceful evening at one of Kadıköy’s Performance Centers; while your loving one is just outside, busy with creating a surprise breakfast for two.

Our house has Rental Touristic Residence Permit with number 34-528, issued by The Republic of Turkiye Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

As per local rules and regulations, all guest staying in our house are expected to present a copy of their passport or similar after their reservation, before checking in. Your personal information will be protected according to Turkish Personal Data Protection Law and will be shared only with the relevant Government Authority via KBS Registration System.

Smoking is not allowed in our house.

You may not be searching for the size of the big screen TV or whether there is a washing machine in a house that you will be staying for a few days while enjoying Kadıköy Atmosphere.
