** THE BEDROOMS **

On the main level, guests will enjoy THE MASTER bedroom, featuring a king bed, complete with an ensuite full bath, oversized bathtub, shower, dressing area and a walk-in closet. The room features a 65" Smart TV.

On the second floor, you'll find THE ENTERTAINER, an oversized king bedroom with a 65" Smart TV and a seating area featuring two easy chairs, a sofa and large picture windows to enjoy those awesome views.

On the other side of the spacious common area, overlooking the equestrian living area, is THE GREEN ROOM, a queen bedroom, with a 55" Smart TV, as well as a third bedroom, THE BEAR ROOM, featuring three twin beds, 2 of which can easily be pushed together to mimic another king bed.

To complete the top level, there is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

On the lower level, THE HIDEAWAY, an appointed queen bedroom with views and adjacent full bathroom, is awaiting those guests who prefer extra privacy, as well as a sofa sleeper.

** KITCHEN + LIVING AREAS **

This one-of-a-kind cabin offers a blend of traditional charm and modern comfort, which can be experienced the moment you enter the home's FORMAL EQUESTRIAN LIVING AREA, featuring a gas log fireplace, grand chandelier, bookcases and beautifully painted horse portrait.

Continuing on from this charming room, THE FULLY STOCKED COUNTRY KITCHEN seamlessly connects to the SPACIOUS DINING AREA, allowing you to create culinary delights, while still being part of the social atmosphere. The farmhouse-style table accommodates 10 guests, who can all enjoy the breathtaking views or some entertainment on the 65" Smart TV. Additionally, the oversized kitchen peninsula provides seating for 6, ensuring that your group can enjoy meals together in both comfort and style. With its charming cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and upgraded oversized granite countertops, the kitchen will please any chef and the breathtaking views will delight every guest.

From the kitchen and dining room, you're drawn to the SPACIOUS ADJOINING LIVING ROOM for yet another magical angle of the spectacular views of the North Georgia Mountains. This room is also equipped with a 65" Smart TV, perfect for a private movie night from the mountain top.

The upper level offers an ADDITIONAL LARGE LIVING SPACE with an ultra-comfortable, oversized sectional sofa and a 65" Smart TV and let's not forget the magical mountain views.

For added convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer available on the main floor.

** PRIVATE DECKS + HOT TUB **

After exploring Dahlonega and the mountains, return back to the lodge to relax on the wraparound porch, large screened-in deck swaying in the hammock, or on one of the full-length covered decks rocking gently in our comfortable rocking chairs.

When you're done hanging out, enjoy your dinner on the upper oversized deck, just off the dining room, complete with a patio dining table and chairs, ultra comfortable lounge chairs with coffee and end tables, high top and of course those spectacular views!

Finally, the best way to end an adventure-filled day is to unwind in the hot tub, stargazing while reminiscing about your day and taking in the impressive views.

** WE LOVE OUR FUR BABIES **

At Sunset View Lodge, we understand that your furry friends are an important part of your family. That's why we are proud to be a dog-friendly property that welcomes your four-legged companions (dogs ONLY) to join you on your stay. Maximum 2 small dogs. Please be sure to let us know the breed, weight and height of your fur babies. For more details, please refer to “Dog Booking Terms” in "Other Details to Note". Other Details to Note:

1) CANCELLATIONS:

We understand that sometimes plans change and cancellations are unavoidable. To help ensure a smooth experience, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking. This will provide you with added peace of mind and coverage in case of any unexpected trip changes or cancellations.

2) DOGGIE BOOKING TERMS

ONLY DOGS ARE PERMITTED!

By booking with us, you agree to the following DOGGIE BOOKING TERMS:

• Doggie guests must be one year or older, reliably housetrained and a short-haired or non-shedding breed.

• A maximum of 2 small dogs are allowed in the Lodge with a maximum weight of 15lbs each.

• There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee per dog per stay

• Please clean up after your dog(s) in the front and side yards, on the driveway and all decks as well as on the private road!

• Ensure your dog(s) are clean before entering the house.

• Do not allow your dog(s) on any of the furniture and beds. Dog bed(s) will be provided.

• Please diaper your dog when inside the home. Doggie diapers starter kit will be provided. Please let us know the breed, gender, weight and height so we can provide the correct diaper size.

• Dog(s) must be leashed at all times when outside the home.

• Do not allow your dogs to roam free outside… mountain wildlife is always looking for a “snack”!

• When left alone in the house, dogs must be crated at all times

• You will be liable for the full cost of repairs or replacements as a result of pet stains and/or Damage
