Ubicado en el exclusivo y seguro barrio de Recoleta, a pocos pasos de los principales puntos de interés de Buenos Aires. Puede encontrar tiendas, restaurantes, bancos y farmacias las 24 horas.
Es una construcción que cuenta con una gran piscina con solárium, gimnasio, sauna, jacuzzi, lavandería con lavadora y secadora, estacionamiento opcional y seguridad las 24 horas. Es un estudio encantador y luminoso (35 m2) con una cocina completamente equipada (microondas, horno eléctrico, nevera, tostadora, cafetera, etc.), una mesa para cuatro personas y dos sofás pequeños. El área del dormitorio tiene una cama king-size o dos camas individuales a pedido, un amplio armario empotrado con caja fuerte, aire acondicionado y Smart TV. Hay un baño completo con bañera y secador de pelo. Todos los servicios y gastos están incluidos (acceso a Internet Wi-Fi, televisión por cable, etc.). Muy bonito apartamento con excelentes comodidades.

Best possible choice -- great place, lovely landlady

The apartment is exactly as it looks in the photos, and Maria is a sweetheart. The building gym is much more run-down in reality, but Maria has no control over that! Great area of Buenos Aires, easy walking to everythingand very safe. I was a solo female traveler and did not worry, even while carrying a computer. I am hoping this apartment is available when I return to Bs As... Seriously, couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Just as described!

The location excellent, the studio (12-th floor, elevator) is large enough for two people, very nicely decorated and clean, the house modern and guarded around the clock, the swimming pool is relatively large, very pleasant (especially when it's hot) and complemented by an exercise room with showers, sauna, and a tub. A very large store (COTO) is nearby - about four blocks away (French street). And Maria takes great care of everything and is very nice :-) If we come to BA again, we are sure to want this studio again.

Spot on!!!

This apartment was everything we expected. Good size, very well kept and tastefully decorated. A lovely landlady, very helpful and friendly porters and a decent pool area (although the weather did not allow us to venture there). Despite being on a busy road, it was quiet enough and certainly safe too. The location is just right for a Buenos Aires trip. Recoleta area is a lovely neighbourhood and there are many shops, bars and restaurants close by. Getting to the other sights across the city are also easy enough. I will be back in BsAs (hopefully soon) and intend to stay here again. It is thoroughly recommended.

Great location!

What a great find this place was! It was so well located, just blocks from the subway, walking distance to recoletta cemetery, shopping and restaurants. Maria was so easy to deal with and very helpful. As a single woman traveling, I am always concerned with safety and having the 24 hour security was a plus. They were really eager to help with directions and taxis and it was nice to be welcomed back after a day of sightseeing. I will be staying here again when I return to BA. Thanks Maria!!!!

the happy wonderers

We enjoyed an amazing time in Buenos Aires and much of it was attributed to the fantastic accomodations and the very helpful advice of the wonderful owner. The apartment itself is in an area that we consider to be the best location in the city. It is very easy to walk to many wonderful places, and because of it's central location, cabs are cheap and the subway is very accessible. A large supermarket is about three blocks away, but with so many great restaurants close, it it almost an unnecessary bonus. We would definitely stay there again, and highly recommend it!

Very convenient location and helpful host

I had a great stay, even tough Buenos aires was flooded and with general power failure at the beginning of my trip. Thanks Maria for your availability and attention! the appartment is very well furnished, confortable and the pool was reall a plus in these torrid and humid days ! near of everything and the active avenue in front gives a real feel of BA life.

Cosy and nice flat

We stayed at this studio flat for 3 weeks in December 2011 and we really liked it. It's on a main avenue so we were a bit worried about the noise but it's quite high so it's quiet. The owner is really nice, good location, pool below, comfy bed, I'd recommend it for a stay in Buenos Aires!

A comfortable studio in a perfect location with great amenities

This very nice studo was very satisfying overall. Nicely decorated, quite (which is important in this city often exposed to terrible noise), comfortable, and large enough to feel at ease without the impresssion of being in something tiny. It is also well thought, and practical,. The swimming pool is nice in the winter and quite large (but since it's not heated I don't think it's available in cold seasons) and the little gym provides a decent equipment (better than many I have seen all round the world), compare to his modest size. This place is really good and, with the exception of the kitchen (which to my opinion is too simple for sophisticated cooking) can be booked with no hesitation to enjoy Buenos Aires at it's best !
