Outstanding stay!!

We loved the place! The hosts were kind, friendly and very helpful. We stayed a week and loved every minute. We plan to go back January 2026.

Wonderful getaway

We greatly enjoyed the mountain location. We ate breakfast with the iguanas, cooked dinners in our suite and did yoga on the rooftop balcony enjoying the breeze.

STUNNING AMAZING

This is an amazing stay that has great access to many many activities. The owner is so polite and accommodating. The view is unbelievable from any of the 7 terraces. The vegetation is stunning and the sunsets- OMG the bed is so comfortable and the small apt is very efficient. Would return in a heartbreak.

Deserves all the stars

Great communication from managers, quick responses to requests. We loved the iguanas in the back, all the different birds around the home, the VIEW from the roof terrace with 270 degrees of ocean views. We also enjoyed the pool and the hot outdoors shower (especially in the rain)

Wonderful location

The property was pretty and clean and a great location 5 minutes up the hill from town of Rincon. Desjardin was a wonderul host and very helpful. The room was perfect for my needs - comfy bed, coffee maker and very quiet! watching the sunset from the roof terrace was spectacular. I'll definitely come back.

The views & amenities!!

This home is so charming! I loved the different terraces & views from each. The pool, gym & outdoor shower are fantastic. The rooftop deck is incredible ~ I did my morning stretching up there each day. The view at night is gorgeous too! The center of town is only 5 minutes down the mountain. Perfect Rincon private oasis

Good value

The room was fine for me, as a single on a surf trip. You are close to everything as long as you have a car. Lots of alcoves to hang out in, nice views, like a hotel room with a number of shared spaces and a kitchen. The host Dujardin is very nice and accommodating.

Beautiful peaceful and convenient studio!

Really could not recommend staying with Fernando and Dujardin and this studio more! Fernando and Dujardin are amazing kind and welcoming hosts who helped me many times during my stay due to some rental car surprises. This apartment is in a beautiful location with a scenic drive to it close to the town and local beaches. From the apartment's roof there is a STUNNING view and it great for sunset watching. The apartment itself is cute and clean and very comfortable. It was nice also having easy access to their pool and gym. LOVED IT!!!

Solid spot! Fernando was super helpful.

Loved the layout of the property. Didn’t get to spend as much time enjoying it due to other activities. Fernando was spot on with help when I ran into a bind one day. The deck on top gives a great panoramic view. The pool area was grotto like and I would have loved to grill a steak and take a dip while looking into the forest. Already recommended once. Will stay again for sure. Thanks!

Absolutely a Gorgeous Property

This property was absolutely beautiful and the property owners were awesome. It started with a tour from the Dujardin of the entire property. He was super nice and very friendly and was available for whatever I need it. I stayed in the studio apartment which was little but cute and it had everything I needed. The swimming pool was so relaxing along with the view. The top Terrace was amazing with a view to the ocean on one side in the view to the mountains on the other side I was able to do meditation in the morning there, and he brought me peace, which I was looking for. I would 100% recommend this property and I would definitely be coming back again maybe next year.

unbelievable location/host

Dujardin has created an incredible 7-terraced lodging site at the top of the hill overlooking Rincon. We stayed in the smallest unit as there were only two of us. He has three other two bedroom suites that offer a lot. In addition he has a pool and exercise room and has plans to do even more. Each terrace has a sitting area specific to the room or rooms by it. There is a grill and outdoor showers. From the rooftop there is a 360 degree panorama of Puerto Rico! It is a very quick drive down to Rincon (2 km) and 5 minutes to Playa Dona Lala beach as well as several others. Dujardin is very engaging and made us feel very welcome. Very reasonable pricing for an amazing experience. Iguanas come with it as well!

Wonderful stay in Rincon

We had a fabulous stay at the Terraces. Dujardin was a wonderful host. Gave us an initial tour of property, highlighting all the amenities. Was a great source of knowledge for local restaurants and attractions. The house was incredible. The photos can't begin to capture the vistas from the various decks. Everything was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when next we are in Rincon.

Best vacation ever with my 18 year old son !!!

The property had beautiful views of the mountains, Atlantic ocean and the Caribbean Sea. It’s was in Rincon close to all the great surfing spots and beautiful beaches!!! Great restaurants close by too!!! The Host was so knowledgeable about the area and gave us great suggestions. He was so welcoming and friendly to us!!! Visited San Juan and old San Juan and the rain Forrest. Location was great and accessible to all the great sights in Puerto Rico!!! It was our first time in Puerto Rico and we will be returning again to the same studio apartment!!! Rincon is the best place to visit and we will be going back real soon!!! We also had access to rooftop deck to see great sun rises and sunsets!!! Salt water pool to relax after your adventures with your family!!! We highly recommend this place cause it felt like home to us!!! Janet and Joey

Cute and Cozy

This place a great! - Close to the hot spots of Rincon - The best to watch sunset from - If you are visiting Rincon, you will most likely be spending a lot of time outdoors. For the minimal time spent inside the rooms, this place serves well! - cute spots you can use other than your room- pool, gym, beautiful terrace (BEWARE of the mosquitoes - which is a general issue, not specific to the stay)

Beautiful and Peaceful

We can't say enough about Dujardin and Fernando's hospitality. Dujardin was so welcoming. He waited up until we arrived and took his time to show us around and answer every questions. The scenery was beautiful very peaceful environment. The jacuzzi was perfect and you can enjoy it at night. I will definitely stay here again and recommend this beautiful establishment to any former guest that's looking for relaxation.
