Welcome to Kaanapali Royal L102, a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground-floor unit that features central A/C and a private washer/dryer. There are no elevators at this resort and there is one staircase to access this unit. Unit L102 can accommodates up to 6 guests. Kaanapali Royal L102 boasts 2 master suites, each with its own private bathroom. In the first bedroom, you'll find a king-size bed, a cozy reading nook, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the opposite end of the unit, the primary master suite offers another king-size bed, comfortable sofa seating, private lanai access, and an indulgent bathroom featuring a jetted tub and shower. For additional guests, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by an open-concept living space that seamlessly connects to a well-stocked kitchen. The kitchen is perfect for preparing meals with all the amenities you need, ensuring your culinary endeavors are a breeze. Step outside onto your private lanai and be captivated by the enchanting views over the golf course, accompanied by the tranquil sounds of nature and a peek-a-boo view of the ocean. Kaanapali Royal is a meticulously landscaped, 3-level, gated resort with swaying palm trees, 2 tennis and pickleball courts, a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and shared BBQ grills. Located in the heart of famed Kaanapali resort it is perfectly situated on the Kaanapali Golf Course and is a short walk to nearby is Whalers Village, top-rated restaurants, popular beaches, bars and live music. There is a flat $154 per vehicle parking fee payable to the resort upon registration. Stay is confirmed for one vehicle, second vehicle is subject to space/availability.
