Bring out your inner chef to prepare for game day in the fully stocked kitchen. A starter supply of paper towels, dishwasher pods and dish soap are stocked.

Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee and tea bar! A 12 cup coffee maker and Keurig are available; we also provide a starter set of ground coffee, K-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia.

Bedroom 1 (Master): Queen bed (room sleeps 2). 65` Smart TV. Attached full bathroom and laundry room with stand up shower. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are stocked in the shower. Large closet and dresser for storage.

Bedroom 2: Full bunk beds with pull out twin trundle (room sleeps 5 total), 43` Smart TV. Closet and dresser for storage.

The second full bath with a bathtub is located off the kitchen/living area. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are stocked in the shower.

The third full bath with a stand up shower is located in the basement next to the workout area and laundry area. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are stocked in the shower.

Laundry is available on site. For your convenience, laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are stocked in both laundry areas.

Workout area with a row machine, bike, free weights, resistance bands, and yoga mats are located off the laundry area in the basement.

$350 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets.

Guests have access to the entire home and exterior property space, with the exception of locked closets and locked exterior shed.

Parking: 2 vehicles can park in driveway. Street parking is first come, first serve during the day. No overnight street parking is permitted per city ordinance.

- No additional guests other than those indicated in the booking allowed, maximum of 14 guests allowed in the home. $50 per person fee per night fee will be applied above 14 guests who stay the night.
- Up to 2 dogs allowed per booking with a $350 pet fee, no other pets allowed unless otherwise approved. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets.
- A $150 charge applies for lost backup keys and garage door openers.
- Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.
- No smoking, including vaping, is allowed in the home. A $500 fee will apply for anyone found to have smoked inside the property.
- No candles or open flames allowed in the home.
- Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the home.
- Please be respectful of neighbors when using outside spaces, music and noise should be kept to a minimum after 9pm and before 8am.
- Property has exterior cameras for security of guests and property. Cameras capture 360 degree views of exterior property including front door and yard, back door and yard, side yards, garage and driveway areas. Recording occurs 24/7. No exterior cameras can view any interior spaces. No interior cameras. Tampering or disabling of cameras will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Tampering or disabling of wifi can result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Please remove your shoes when in the home.
- Check-out is at 10am unless a late check-out has been previously approved. Check-out past 10am may result in a late check-out fee of $50 per hour if this results in the cleaning team waiting for guest to check-out.
- Please report any problems or issues immediately so we can address these during your stay. Refunds will not be issued after check-out for any problems or issues that were not reported during the stay.
- Any violation of Airbnb terms of service or house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Trip insurance is recommended with your stay as the cancellation policy does not include covering for sickness or weather circumstances. Please see Airbnb`s strict cancellation policy for further details.
- We do not refund any credit card fees for reservations canceled by guest.
