Great location, walk to lots of shops

Easy check-in, great communication, clean, lots of supplies in the kitchen, everything was very clean and comfy. Had a wedding in the area, and we were able to walk to the mall and shops very close by.

Very neat apartment!

Lovely apartment with cute decorations and very clean and tidy! Host had little extras like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. Kitchen had coffee. Anything needed was there. Host was very responsive when I called to ask a question. Close to mall and several restaurants. Excellent place!

We were extremely pleased with the property. It was very clean and well maintained. The host was always accessible to answer questions and very prompt in their reply. It was a very comfortable stay and we would definitely book this property again in the future. Loved every minute of it!! Thank you.

Very pleased

My son had a baseball tournament in Newberry, and this spot was a great location for us. Very close to Starbucks and a straight shot to Newberry with the convenience of Gainesville dining around us. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The owner was very responsive to any questions I had. Overall it was a very good experience and we will stay there again when in Gainesville/Newberry.

Great option for UF family

We were there for UF Preview and student drop off. The location was a bit of a drive to UF - anywhere from 13 to 24 minutes depending on traffic, but The Oaks Mall is less than a 5-minute walk. There are also plenty of restaurants, grocery, and gas stations nearby. The owner, Mustafa was very easy to work with - he responded quickly and gave good information. The home is a condo attached to many other units, and there is plenty of parking available. It was fairly secluded and quiet, even with all the other people living there. The home was very clean and well-stocked. We’d be happy to stay there again 👍

Short Stay

The property was clean. The beds were very comfortable. It was the perfect size for the two of us and satisfied what we were looking for in a rental property. The property is situated behind a shopping center and close to a major highway. Being close to the highway was noisy late at night. The neighbor above the unit was loud walking around that unit until 2:40 am. It sounded like he/she might have been doing a workout. My sound machine did not drown out the noise. The host was difficult to contact. Check-in was scheduled for 3:00pm. We arrived at the condo around 4:00pm and were unable to get into the condo. We tried calling the phone number provided which went to voicemail. We had no option other than calling Vrbo customer support. While on that call the host returned my call with information being posted to Vrbo messages. He did offer a later checkout but due to travel itinerary, we were out early in the morning.

Very pleased with the Condo . Everything was as stated on the website . Location was very quiet and peaceful . The condo was immaculate and everything worked perfectly . Would definitely stay here again .

Clean, comfortable and good location.

The unit was very clean and well laid out. Each bedroom had its own bathroom attached. Everything worked as it should--heated, cooled, flushed drained, etc. We only slept on the king bed, but the mattress was very comfortable. Our unit was in a multi-tenant residential area but the building was well maintained as were the adjacent buildings. We were close to a mall and I-75 but we never heard any traffic. The location made it easy to get to every place we wanted to go.The unit is a little small but perfect for the wife and me. Our daughter came to visit but went back to her own place at night. I would suggest this rental for up to 4 adults or up to 2 adults and 4 children. The host was pleasant and communicated with me in a timely manner. We did not have any issues (that's a good thing) so our communication was limited to basics like checking in and out. The cleanliness and overall condition of the unit get very high marks from me. That and the convenient location make this unit a very good value for price paid. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Clean and convenient!

We had a great stay. The condo was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located! It’s close to restaurants & shopping, and is a great alternative to hotels for comfortable extended stays. There is room to spread out and laundry was super helpful after long hot days outside.
