Perfect for our week-long Christmas stay with our family of 7 plus a small dog—the 5 bedrooms fit us to a tee.Tucked on a semi-private lane surrounded by greenery, it was ideal for morning workouts around the pool and steps from the firepit, where we held our traditional Christmas night bonfire with cigars and stories.The spacious kitchen easily handled prep for several delicious meals, including burgers and steaks on the outdoor grill.Amenities were spot-on: beautiful terrazzo floors, plenty of billiards games, popcorn, smoothies, comfy leather seating, and Netflix for cozy movie nights.Best of all—perfect beach weather every day! We loaded the golf cart with chairs and towels for a quick 150-yard ride to our private beach path. The sandy shore was heaven: sun-soaking, cool breezes, ocean waves, and leisurely strolls with water lapping at our ankles.Everything was within a 12-minute drive. We stocked up at Publix, and mini-golf is our vacation tradition.Two outings I highly recommend:The Cocktail Cruise Sweet Desires Dessert Lounge package—Venetian-inspired happy hour on the water, followed by sultry vibes, decadent desserts, and live jazz.Breakfast at Maison Martinique on their secluded patio: white tablecloths, upscale service, delicious food, and dog-friendly.Couldn't have asked for a better rental—thank you for an unforgettable Christmas!

Family vacation

Our family came here for a week at the beach, 8 adults and 4 kids. We had a wonderful stay at the beach house. We were so comfortable with the house and the amenities. The location was perfect and our whole group felt the same. The host and property manager were quick to respond to our questions and make sure we had what we needed! We would highly recommend this property.

Great fam vac - Only prop we haved stayed multiple times

Great large family roomy beach house. This is only property we have stayed more than once. 5 star last year & comments still true. Fantastic uncrowded beach. Fulfilled wife's bucket list of seeing sea turtles lay eggs during hi tide full moon.George is a very responsive prop mgr but mostly not needed.Can't go wrong with private location. Downside -nothing within walking distance but Publix @ 20 min drive. Be prepared for burning sand & mosquitoes on walk to beach. Pool very refreshing afterward.

Family time is the best time!

This was a perfect halfway point to meet my nieces and their kids - Five spacious bedrooms - two FULL kitchens! We had the best time - Check in was easy - The whole house was super clean and after a long day at the beach which is about a 5 minute drive the pool was so refreshing!Definitely a 10/10 and we will be back !

The beach!

House was perfect for our group of 8. Plenty of space, great pool, and the beach was unbelievable! Most days we had the beach all to ourselves. Lots of TV’s, fun fire pit, gorgeous trees on the property. The 2 kitchens allowed us to use one for cooking and one for making drinks! Communication was great and we really enjoyed our stay. Our only negative was One couple felt their room wasn’t cooling off enough so they moved to the room without a door because it was very cold there - a minor inconvenience. We would love to stay again!

We rented this house for our two sons and their families (4 adults and 5 kids) and everyone loved it. Our own condo is 1/2 mile away and in addition to its close proximity, the property was super clean, well-stocked with linens, laundry detergent etc and conveniently divided into two distinct sleeping areas so the families could have some privacy. The kids especially liked the little pool and the pool table. Owner George was easily accessible and very accommodating. We will definitely rent this house again!

Nice Get Away for Families

We recently stayed at this property during a 50th Wedding Celebration in Vero Beach. It was nice to have my sister and her family stay with us and the layout accommodated our group nicely. There were two kitchens which was an added plus. The heated pool was a lot of fun and it's just steps from the beach. Great communication from the property manager and all-in-all a really fun and relaxing weekend that allowed us to focus on our family and enjoy the Vero Beach area. The kitchen was well stocked, beach chairs were available for our day on the ocean, and the kids enjoyed playing pool. We definitely will consider coming back here again!

Perfect family beach vacation!

Don’t let the one bad review scare you away from this property! We truly enjoyed our stay and would return. Location is suburb! Secluded and quiet, just steps from a private beach. The walk is shaded and very peaceful. Home is as pictured. Home is a typical Florida home with a mid century vibe. Pool was clean. Property also provides a beach cart, chairs & tent which was very convenient. Street has only 5 homes and we were the only ones on the beach on a Holiday weekend. Just perfect! The home is large and spacious. We were 7 adults and 4 children (teens and toddlers). Plenty of space for each family. The home is divided in 2 sections with one main living room. Pool access is right off the living and allows for indoor outdoor living. Beds are comfortable. Please note, one of the king rooms does not have a door. It is open to one of the kitchens. Great as the kid room. We had a minor inconveniences with tv in one of the rooms and property manager offered to come and fix it immediately, but we declined as our stay was just a weekend and not necessary. Kitchen is stocked with essentials. Plenty of towels and toiletries as well. Great communication with owner as well. Allowed for early checkin. Home is set off of a state park and groceries or restaurants are 10 min drive. Stop for items on the way. Lastly, beach is dog friendly.

Beach House Overdelivered - Yea !!

Definition of overdelivering - Oversized family/rec room with pool table, couches, big screen tv 2 spacious fully equipped kitchens Roomy master bdrm with ensuite & direct doorway to outside Very short walk to expansive uncrowded dog friendly beach (warning - sand gets very hot - use sandals) Room air conditioning individually set with controllers Beach cart for umbrellas, etc Magnificent sunrises Home much roomier than pictured 2 large parking areas

Family Spring Break

We found several problems in using this property for a family meeting in February. When we arrived we found two baskets full of dirty towels and sheets. There was no detergent in the house to begin a clean up. There ws no toilet paper in any of the four bathrooms in the house. There were no instructions for usng any of the electronis systems in the house. Trying to contact the renter was frustrating and led to messaging between two separate contacts. There was no top sheet on the king size bed in the master bed room. The spare sheets in the linen closet smelled musty and neededd to be washed before use. The pool was full of leaves as ws the breezeway in the lower level. There were no light bulbs in several lamps and no spares were found. An uncovered garbage pail was at the road and some of the garbage was strewn over the front yard. Despite a promise to get it removed the garbage pail was still there when we left. The microwave in the second kitchen did not work. A plumbing problem in the main kitchen forced us to move to the second kitchen which was inconvienent. Despite efforts from a plumber who made three visits the plumbing problem could not be fixed. There was no plastic glassware available for use in the pool area. An offer of a two night stay in Fort Lauderdale to compensate for our dissappointments was of no use to us. A request for a two night refund for our seven night stay was ignored.

Had a great weekend at this property. Easy check in process. The place was clean and as advertised. Really good location - 3 minute walk to the ocean and easy drive into downtown Vero. Host was communicative along the way.

Location location location!

Beautiful home in an unbeatable location. House is very tastefully done with plenty of room for everybody. The pool is great and the ocean and private beach is only a 5 minute walk (with kids). We're definitely going back!

Hidden Gem

This home was wonderful for my multi-generational family vacation. We were steps from a beautiful beach, the pool was an added fun activity and it was a short drive into downtown Vero beach. The home is comfortable, clean and recently updated. We ate most of our meals at the house and the kitchen was nicely stocked with things we needed. The bedrooms are cozy with plenty of bathrooms for each of my family. The property manager was so friendly and quick to respond to my questions. I hope to bring my family back again and will plan to stay here.
