Great location; Perfect property!

This property is located in a quiet area, at the same time it eas close to everything (restraunts, grocery stores, gyms, Anna Maria Island, beach, etc) The condo was very spacious, well maintained and very welcoming and made you feel right at home. We will definitely return.

This unit was spacious and very clean. I especially loved how the unit was decorated - and all the little extras that the owners included, such as beach and pool accessories, right down to extra beach towels. Area felt very safe and it was an easy drive to enjoy the beach. Pools were a short walk from the condo and we enjoyed them very much as well. Would love to plan a trip back next year!

We had a incredible stay at The Salty Sugaree. The condo has everything you need and the hosts are so accomodating. We loved the ease of checking in and out. We cannot recommend this property more!!

We have stayed in rentals all over the world from Spain to Costa Rica and beyond, and this wonderful condo in Bradenton had everything you could need and then some! From the minute I walked in, I knew it would be perfect. Firstly, it smelled lovely, welcoming, clean and a little home away from home. The kitchen had more amenities than my own at home - like an air fryer!!! Lots of teas/coffees, and other condiments which made settling in so easy, ie olive oil and balsamic vinegar etc for salad. The condo itself is laid out perfectly with both bedrooms having their own bathroom. And whomever cleans the unit, cleans it with heart! Lots of sweet rosettes on the paper and toilet papers and towels shaped like bows. EVERYTHING was so well thought out and guest oriented (ie. cute throw blankets for hanging out on the sofa). We also loved that it's a short 3 min drive to IMG. We didn't get the chance to explore the pool and other amenities but we will for the next time. Thank you for an easy stay, we had everything we needed included comfy beds and pillows and the best experience! The Salty Sugaree will be the only place we stay in Bradenton!!

Quiet and clean!

It's hard to find a unit that has comfortable furniture, but that's only one of the perks of this condo. It has a nice porch on both sides of the unit, everything you would need in the kitchen and great amenities. It's very close to the grocery store and 1 mile from IMG. We really enjoyed staying here. It was very clean and nicely decorated.

The best vacation ever, fantastic hosts

This unit is amazing, perfect location to the beach and shopping. Condo itself was stocked above and beyond our expectations, almost all items are brand new or new. It has absolutely everything from beach items to kitchen and bathroom supplies. Owners were very responsive, absolutely the best. Definitely coming back, Thank you Joyce

Loved our trip!

Nice condo! Needs a few improvements including mattress update in guest bedroom (mattress sags), stopper repair in guest bath (stopper won’t stay up), new carpet or wood or tile flooring in bedrooms. Other than that, very nice and would stay again!

Everything we needed!

This is a clean, comfortable, updated and pleasantly decorated condo in a nice community. The description and photos very accurate. We had a very pleasant stay and appreciated all the little extras owners provided. Porch sitting areas so pleasant!! Grocery and restaurants walkable distance and beach 20 minute drive. We will definitely try to return to this unit .

Best hosts i have ever experienced!

So to start it off, our flight got canceled and we eneded up showing up the next day. The hosts were very understanding and even offered us another nights stay. The environment and amenities that come along with the place were worth it alone!! It was very clean comfortable and mostly everything you needed was supplied. 12/10 from me. Will be coming back for sure, thank you again

Wonderful location with everything you need

Very nice location in Bradenton that is easy to drive to and close to restaurants and shopping centers. The complex has great amenities, 2 lovely pools and other onsite activities and is very quiet. The beach was also only a 12–15-minute drive and it is beautiful. So many beach access points but it can be busy at certain times of the day. This condo is very welcoming right from the start, the second-floor entrance has a lovely porch with chairs, so it stands out from the others. When you enter you have beautifully decorated living spaces that are immaculate. All the conveniences of home are provided plus some. The areas are spacious for two or a small family and a wonderful screened in patio with a dining set. If you have contact with the hosts, you will be delighted by their gracious attention to your needs or questions. We were so well taken care of that I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Bradenton all due to the care and thoughtfulness of the hosts of their property.

I had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was beautiful, spotless, and modern, with everything you need to feel comfortable and enjoy your time away. The space was well-equipped and thoughtfully designed, making the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I fully plan on staying here again the next time I’m in town.

Erholsame Ferien in einer sehr schönen Ferienanlage

Das Apartment ist gut und modern eingerichtet. Die Küche ist außergewöhnlich gut bestückt , sämtliche Gewürze für ausgiebiges Kochen sind vorhanden, Küchenutensilien wie in einem gut geführten Haushalt, sehr außergewöhnlich für eine Ferienunterkunft. Für den Strandaufenthalt sind ausreichend Strandstühle und Schirm von sehr guter Qualität vorhanden. Bei Rückfragen hat die Gastgeberin sofort und sehr freundlich reagiert, sehr vorbildlich.Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.Danke, Joyce, dass wir Ihre Gäste sein durften, und freuen uns auf ein Wiederkommen.

The resort complex is 6 miles from the Gulf. It is surrounded by restaurants, a Publix grocery store, a movie theater, and bowling alley. Everything is close by.

Our amenities shine above the rest. We have tried to think of it all and tried to spare no expense in getting what our guests need. We have brand name cookware, bakeware, kitchen items, and really-everything you need for the beach or pool! Beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, cooler, and beach umbrellas. Come have fun and relax! We have it taken care of!
