Enjoy views of Plymouth Harbor from a renovated 1900 3-family Victorian home just .8 miles from downtown. Close to everything, but tucked in a private setting. This apartment is the largest of the three and is spread out over 3 floors. Master Bedroom on 3rd floor has Queen bed and private deck. There is trundle bed with 2 singles outside of the Master bedroom. Amazing spa bath on same floor with lady slipper jetted massage tub. 2nd floor has a bedroom with a double bed, full bath with jacuzzi tub and living room with pull-out couch and 55” TV. 1st floor has full kitchen, full bath, and sitting area with sleeper sofa.

This Victorian home has 3 separate apartments, 1620 Seaview is Unit #1 and is over 1400 Sqft. It includes the left side of the home and the 3rd floor. There is a spacious patio out back with an outdoor shower, table and sitting area. It is perfect for 4-6 guests, but can sleep up to 10 by utilizing 2 sleeper sofas.

* Trundle bed (2 singles) in loft on 3rd floor
* 1 Queen sleeper sofa - 2nd floor

The other two units located on the right side of the home are studio apartments and are listed separately or the entire house can be rented if available to accommodate up to 14 guests.

Outdoor space: Back Patio is for Unit #1 use. Driveway and front of house is shared space.

Other things to note: The Town of Plymouth enforces a Good Neighbor policy for all Short Term Rentals, no parties allowed and quiet hours after 10pm.

Names of all guests over 18 must be provided.

Standard price is for 6 guests, there is an additional fee per person for more than 6 guests.

Great place to stay with the family

Was better layout than expected grandkids loved the open floors to play and the outside large lawn, full kitchen and all utensils are there to prepare breakfast to dinners very quiet back off the road ,you can't go wrong with this home for your getaway,meet the owners ,great couple

We stayed for memorial weekend it was 4 of us and there was plenty of space ! Home is beautifully well kept and little toiletries were provided incase we forgot anything. Communication with Karen & Antone was 100/10 they were very responsive and Beth helpful with booking. Location was phenomenal, a local park where we watched the sunrise, it was a tennis court and a small park , Karen & Atone also recommended a couple of spots to check out , they pretty much sent a little tour guide for the place. Three floors , kitchen on the first with a full bathroom , living room on second with a bedroom and full bathroom , third floor another bedroom, 2 twin beds on “the loft” with just a toilet and a bathtub (no shower). Only thing the third floor the bed is right underneath the skylight so mornings you’ll wake up to the light shining on your face. There were also a couple of board games which we were happy to play! Very much recommended this spot if you want this place to feel like home away from home!

The property was very comfortable, clean and equipped with everything we could need. So convenient to the Plymouth waterfront but at the same time a quiet refuge. We were in town for a family wedding and this was the perfect place to accommodate us all including grandchildren. For most of us it was our first stay in Plymouth and we would love to come back to explore more. The hosts were very responsive and welcoming. Thank you!

This was absolutely perfect. The house is so beautiful and even more spacious than we expected. The hosts were so good, responsive, and really helpful. The patio with the BBQ is perfect for the evening. Aircon is working well. Location is perfect. Next to Cape Cod, 1h from Boston and 1h from Providence. We will 100% come back.

Golf Trip

The house was fantastic and just as advertised. The homeowners could not have been more helpful, communicative or accommodating. The location is perfect close to everything but very private in the same regards. We will definitely stay here again next year come tournament time. Thank you to the hosts!

Beautiful stay in Plymouth, MA

The property is exactly as pictured. The home was beautiful, well secured, maintained and clean. There was great communication from the owners prior to arrival. We were 5 mothers/5 daughters in town for a dance convention and the owners left balloons and a good luck gift for the girls. The check in and out process was incredibly easy. Everything about the stay was 5 stars, without hesitation.

Quaint and Close

The house was beautifully maintained and very clean. The host even provided towels and chairs for the beach. I was delightfully surprised to see individually wrapped toothbrushes and other things around the house that made traveling easier. This house had 3 floors, meaning it had 3 flights of stairs. For my elderly parents, it was challenging for them to get to the bedroom on the second floor. However, the view from the porch on the 3rd floor and through the 2nd floor windows was a breathtaking view of the harbor!

Welcome to Plymouth!
Antone was born and raised in Plymouth. Antone’s family is from São Miguel Island, Azores, Portugal. Antone has two daughters, Allison and Jessica. Allison is a Nurse and graduated nursing school in May 2022. Jessica is a college student at University of Maine. Karen moved to Plymouth in 2002 but grew up in a small town about 30 minutes away. Karen has traveled around Europe staying in Hostels and B&Bs which has inspired her to want to host others. We both love Plymouth and are excited to share this historic town with you.

We became hosts in January 2020. We are always learning from our guests and welcome any constructive feedback. We aim to provide a comfortable, clean, safe home away from home and we truly hope you enjoy visiting Plymouth and the surrounding areas. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable.
