Pufferfish Villas - Baja Lux Villa 2

Pufferfish Villas is a boutique adults only resort property with two Villas currently available.

Villa 2 - Palapa Villa is away from the pool with more privacy.

Our villas have a spacious great room area with a full kitchen, living room, and dinette area. Our kitchens have a full size refrigerator, gas cooktop, large toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, and microwave. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you will need. We provide purified drinking water for your stay. The living room has a couch and chair where you can enjoy the 55" Smart UHD TV with 120+ US based english channels including ESPN and all your favorite cable channels. You can also stream through our superfast Starlink internet. The bedroom has a king bed with luxury king sized mattress. You also have a 43" Smart UHD TV in the bedroom with all the same channels and streaming. There is a dedicated desk area with a comfortable desk chair and power station for all your electronics. The bedroom also has ample closet space and storage along with a laptop sized security safe for your use. The bathroom has everything you need including a huge shower with bench, luxury showerhead, and great water pressure maintained by our own onsite water system.

We provide high speed 100Mbs+ internet covering the entire property.

Our entire property is fenced and secured 24/7. You will have 24 hour access to the secured onsite parking through the electronic keypad entry at the automatic driveway gate. We also provide 24 hour keypad access through our front walking gate.

We have a year round heated pool with a pool cabana and four mini cabanas for guest use. Pool towels are provided in your Villa. The entire pool area is covered by high speed internet and there are power plugs at every seating location to charge your devices at the pool. Other amenities include free on-site laundry room access, gas BBQ, hammocks, cornhole, palapa, free bikes, and separate community fish refrigerator/freezer.

We are located on the North side of town, providing a calm retreat from the vibrant downtown area. We are a 2 min walk from Playa Negrita beach and about a 15 min walk to the center plaza.

Possible Noise : We have a construction site next door that is intermittently active. Inside the Villas is still very quiet but there could be some construction noise outside.
