This is a spacious & well-lit condo facing Lake Ontario. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the waterfront every day. Next to CNE, it is just a short walk to BMO field (FIFA 26 games) in one direction & Bily Bishop Airport in the opposite direction. Public transit stops at the doorstep & it has an easy & quick access to the highway. 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the entertainment district, CN tower, Union station and every other cool area of downtown.
The space
It is a very clean and spacious condo with a large living room. Lots of space. Floor to ceiling windows and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a large balcony for the guests to enjoy.
A complimentary private underground parking for your stay.
24 hours security

The building features a gym, yoga room, pool, hot tub, billiards room, and media room.

Seasonal access to a rooftop patio and bbqs (season is approximately mid May through to early October).

All building amenities on occasion will undergo repair or maintenance. If a particular amenity is very important for your stay, please check with me before booking.
