Stoney Oasis

Summary:

This two bedroom beautiful oasis located in Hanahan is truly close to all that Charleston has to offer! Minutes to Park Circle, Shopping, Restaurants, and the interstate. We provide WiFi and have a Smart TV in the living room with access to Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, etc.



10-15 minute drive to the Credit One stadium on Daniel's Island.



The Space:

Check in easily via the keypad on the front door.



All of our beds have mattresses & pillows. We provide clean towels, freshly made beds, and bathroom essentials.



The Kitchen is fully ready to go with a refrigerator, range, microwave, Keurig, dishwasher, silverware, plates, bowls, and basic cooking tools.



There's a washer and dryer inside the laundry room with detergent.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire property.



The Neighborhood:

There are several restaurants and a grocery store less than 2 miles away.



Getting Around:

You can park in front of the home in the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

I give my guests space but am available when needed. With our Smart Lock you do self check in so we rarely meet guests. I’m available via phone or text and if you don’t get a response you can always contact my team.





Neighborhood Quiet Hours from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine.



No boats, trailers, or box trucks



Mid-Stay Cleaning for Longer Stays

For stays longer than 10 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required to help keep the home fresh and comfortable throughout your visit. This helps ensure the property remains in great condition for your enjoyment. The mid-stay cleaning fee will be collected once the booking has commenced, and the cleaning will be scheduled at a mutually agreed time during your stay.



No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined a minimum of $250 for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.
