Este 1700 pies cuadrados casa tiene tres dormitorios, dos baños y una cocina / comedor / diseño vivir abierto que va a dormir fácilmente 8. Nuevos electrodomésticos, baños, muebles y la decoración hacen de esta casa se siente completamente nuevo. La piscina y la terraza son nuevos, así y ampliar la casa por otro 800sq pies de sol y diversión.

Great stay

We have stayed at many properties on the island and this was a fantastic stay. No issues and had everything we needed plus more. Enjoyed a bit of a shallower pool for the kids.

Perfect Marco Island Rental

House was spotless and loaded with everything you need for the week. From a well stocked kitchen to a variety of beach chairs and toys, we felt right at home all week. You can’t beat the location with a short walk to the beautiful beach.

Perfect home from home

We couldn’t have had a better week at Beachcomber. We really made this our home for the week and things like bikes and a blender in the kitchen just made everything feel so easy. The house is in a great location, just a few mins walk from the beach, it’s clean and really comfortable and the pool was great to cool down in. Communication with Rob was great and I’d defo stay again if I come back to Marco Island.

Marco Island - The Beachcomber

We had a wonderful week in Marco Island staying at the Beachcomber. The house was very clean and had all of the supplies that you could possibly need. It was a very short walk to the beach, which we did every day. We especially loved having our own pool. We spent hours in it every day. We were sad to leave and hope to come back soon!

Perfect location

Going to Marco Island is one of our favorite vacation. The house was perfect for our family summer break. It was clean. The patio area had plenty of room for all of us to hang out. The pool was clean and warm. The beach is right around the corner and the house had chairs, coolers, bikes and wagons. We enjoyed our week!

So amazing! Wonderful vacation and feel totally recharged. Beautiful accommodations and the owners have thought of everything. Easy access to beautiful beaches, restaurants, shopping, but with the accommodations you really never have to leave the property. They even leave you a gift card for groceries. Will definitely come back soon!

A Perfect Week

This was our 2nd stay at 156 Beachcomber and it was wonderful. The house was so clean and ready for us to begin our week. The pool was warm, clean and inviting! The house is well stocked and allowed us to relax and enjoy ourselves. A couple of questions were quickly answered by Rob. We can't wait to return next year and we have already booked it!

A fabulous vacation home

We just returned from a glorious week in Marco Island. Rob's home was the best. So comfortable, from the beds to the relaxing pool. They have thought of every detail to make a vacation the best. They provided everything you need to go to the beach, grill a meal, ride bicycles, and relax in a comfortably decorated home. Any small question, they readily answered. I'm not sure that they could make it better. Our only regret was that we were there for only one week. There is no doubt that we will return next year. This was our 46th nursing reunion , and I can't think of a better way to celebrate!!! Thank you, Rob.

Total Comfort and Relaxation

I don’t believe I’ve ever stayed at a better equipped rental. Anything you think you might need while there is available (excluding personal items of course). Also very, very clean. No complaints about our stay. I’m a senior and my knees aren’t what they used to be, so the walk to the beach was challenging. Marco doesn’t have parking at beach access points. We used the wagon for our “stuff” and took our time. The beautiful beach is worth it!!

Excellent Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home! It’s a great location- close walk to the beach & short drive to all of the local restaurants. Prior to check-in Rob & Shauna emailed us with all the information we needed for check in/check out, along with great tips, things to do, and a list of all the local restaurants, including addresses - very helpful! The house is beautiful & spacious! The pool was clean & refreshing! The house was well stocked, including bikes, a great wagon, and beach toys! Our only complaint was the A/C just couldn’t seem to keep up. Maybe due to the older windows. Thankfully all of the rooms had ceiling fans and there was also a stand up fan in the closet. Those helped a lot. Thanks for a great stay!

Summer 2022 Vacation

Great Stay in Marco

We really enjoyed Rob and Shauna's home. Everything you could possibly need was there. The kitchen was very well stocked and there was tons a beach equipment and a wagon to take it to the beach. It was a very homey place which we loved, we didn't feel like we were staying in a rental. The location to the beach was also excellent. Some days we walked and others we used the provided bikes. We would certainly recommend this home for anyone visiting Marco. Thank you for everything Rob & Shauna.

Happy In Marco Island Again May 2022

Robert and Shauna were great hosts. The information provided prior to our trip was helpful. The house and all that was there made our trip easier. They were available when we contacted them for a question or two and answered our call or text quickly. We had no issues with anything. We enjoyed the pool everyday and we were only a couple blocks from the beach. We enjoyed the walks on the beach and the extra information on other places to visit. We would enjoy to go back and use this wonderful house again since it is right in the middle of the action in Marco and Tigertail on the other end.

Christmas vacation

This property exceeded our expectations. The house is located a 10 minute walk to beach access. There are many beachy things to use at beach. The cupboards had all that we needed. We used the lanai every late afternoon or evening since the weather was great. The pool was heated and clean. We loved this property and hope to visit again! Thank you!

The perfect vacation home

This beautiful home was excellently equipped with everything you could have a need for- well stocked kitchen, plenty of beach towels and equipment for the beach, plenty of towels, extra blankets, etc, etc!!! Everything at the property is excellently maintained, comfortable and clean. The sturdy beach wagon was a life saver for getting to the beach and back with all our chairs, tent, cooler, etc. It was a very relaxing vacation with days at the beach, then enjoying the pool in the evening. Lots of great restaurants in the area. This is our family’s 2nd time staying here and we absolutely all loved it. We had a 4 year old, 7 year old, 11 year old up to grandmothers and it was comfortable for all ages. Highly recommend!

Shauna and Rob Werner live in Salisbury Mass. We love to sneak away to Marco Island as often as possible. We operate a non-profit company that helps to fund food pantry's and home heating assistance programs in New England (www.leewardfoundation.org).

This home has been our family since 1979. My parents loved Marco Island and so do we. Once they were gone, we couldn't bring ourselves to sell the property so we totally renovated it and added a pool. Renting it helps us offset the costs of ownership. We use it as often as possible.

Beautiful quite street, two blocks from the public beach entrance next to the Madera. Open and airy layout with three bedrooms two baths and a brand new pool. Walk or bike to the beach, shopping, restaurants and bars.
