Este 1 dormitorio, 1 baño condominio es ideal para una persona, pareja o familia pequeña. El dormitorio tiene cama de matrimonio y acceso a la zona de terraza con vistas al mar. También hay un sofá cama en el salón y una litera doble incorporada en el pasillo para huéspedes adicionales. Situado a una manzana de la playa por el muelle de Johnnie Mercer. Esta acogedora propiedad tiene una cocina completa que está abierta a la sala de estar / comedor. La cubierta tiene vistas al mar con gran asientos.

Great location with beach and walk-to dining. Annoying multiple lobby and door codes ( 4 and 6 digits code respectfully). 2 remotes to the TV that always has an extended learning curve. Overall, very nice place.

Cute place. Would have been nice to have more than one roll of toilet paper. Also the ice maker didn’t work and the ice cube trays were in the fridge empty. Nice touch would have been to have them filled. Also, maybe a couple of small beach chairs would be nice to have there and a couple of refillable water bottles. The last place we stayed had a nice welcome note with a bottle of wine in the fridge. Again, just a nice touch. Thank you

Clean, Bright, Perfect Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My stay at Munger was great! My initial impression was how bright, airy, and clean the space was! You could definitely tell the owners & Bryant Real Estate take pride in the quality of their rentals. There had definitely been some updates I had noticed that were different than the photos, including a nice, new, very roomy shower and new carpet! The location of the condo was great for exploring. I enjoyed waking up in the morning and taking a walk down the beach, and sitting on the balcony in the evenings people watching! The close proximity to the pier was also super convenient, as I was able to drop in for snacks and other things I forgot. The check in/check out process was a breeze as well. Everyone I encountered was very helpful and courteous

Was hilarious watching (barely or just barely over 21) college adults hang out at the, I believe to be' The Palm Room bar. Reminded me of my college days on the first week coming down from ECU. To be clear, this is not meant to be negative or condescending or sarcastic. It is EXACTLY what I needed when my wife and kid went to sleep. I couldn't watch TV since I didn't want to wake them. To out this im perspective, I see a cow field from my window. Anyways, it was fantastic! In fact, better than TV. Was like I had front row seats at a play. Drama, romance, bromance, womance (I had to google what the woman version of bromance was. Take it or leave it. Reference: Wikipedia), joking and laughing, anger, frustration, crying, etc etc. Ugh. I need a life again. Or at least a porch that I view humans doing their thing. ~100% yes I'm being real, 40yr old Nick B.

Beautiful condo and location

The condo is beautiful, clean, and well kept. Cannot beat the location being walking distance to the beach. My husband and I enjoyed our long weekend stay.

I’m not trying to be mean but it was extremely filthy. The internet was so sporadic that two of us had a hard time being online at the same time. The last is the cable tv. There were so few channels we were lucky to even get a main channel. Only on the weekends did we get a channel like history channel or HGTV. Other than the carpet the condo was very clean and nicely decorated. If the carpets were changed to hard work or the luxury vinyl I would go back.

Great place!

We enjoyed out stay. Loved the balcony. There were no clear instructions on where to dispose of the trash. Still don't know where we were supposed to take it. We didn't see any dumpster or cans.
