Este cuatro dormitorios, tres baños dúplex tiene todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones de playa memorable. El dormitorio principal tiene cama de matrimonio, baño privado con bañera de hidromasaje y zona de terraza privada con vistas al océano Atlántico. Hay un dormitorio con baño privado ubicado también en este piso con 2 camas dobles, ideal para los niños! La planta principal tiene una cocina bien equipada con encimera de granito, una combinación de estar y comedor que da a su terraza privada con vistas a la piscina en el suelo, y una gran televisión de alta definición de pantalla plana con Direct TV. El primer piso tiene una habitación frente con 1 doble y una cama individual y un dormitorio con terraza privada. Es sólo un corto 3 cuadras de la playa. Llamar y hacer sus planes hoy !! No Fumar. Sin mascotas. No hay ascensor. Sábado a sáb

Beautiful beach, and very nice vacation home. Had all the comforts of home. Plenty of room for all 9 of my family members with room to spare! Very short, easy walk to the beach and the pool was great for those very hot days! The only down falls were LOTS of steps...if you cant handle steps this is not the house for you..on the plus builds great leg muscles! The washer is extremely noisy when it spins, and the dishwasher doesn't work properly. But we made the best of those minor issues and had an amazing vacation! Would definitely rent again!!

Plenty of room to spread out

The property was a great location only 3 blocks from beach, so a short walk. Great less crowded end of the beach with Tiki bar only several blocks up so made a great walk up the beach for a drink and lunch. The pool was very nice for the kids before & after the beach. The 2 twin room with it's own ensuite bathroom on 3rd floor was a nice feature for the little kids. Only thing missing was a hair dryer, but not super important. We enjoyed our stay and the property manager was super friendly and helpful with a door code and wifi question. Would highly recommend.

Great location but lacks amenities

At this price point, I was surprised to see the condition of the house. There is a single television, old appliances that need replacing, broken window coverings that don’t block any light at all (think bright bright sunlight at 6 am), and a kitchen lacking serving pieces. The location and pool were fantastic though.

Nice Enough, but needs some TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, nice property, close enough walk to the beach with a buggie to help, but this place needs a little TLC. By that, I mean new bed pillows, new outdoor furniture, ice dispenser didn't work, no TVs except in main room, decor is outdated, games need to be tossed (missing pieces, etc.) - rug and sofas are stained/old. Pool is very nice though, very clean and just the perfect size to share with the other unit. Parking is very limited. Outdoor shower door is broken

Won't Rent This One Again

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We called on on day one to report the dishwasher did not work. No response. Downstairs bedrooms were dusty (you could see your fingers drag in the dust on the window sills), but kitchen area was clean. since we had small children with us and another family, not having use of the dishwasher was very inconvenient. Pool was nice but the dishwasher issue was really inconvenient. Outside furniture on decks were in horrible condition...compared to the other condo's decks where furniture looked newer. Hey...not that expensive to get suitable outside furniture...not with pieces falling off and pieces of the chair poking you.

Duplex with Shared Pool

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was as described and acceptable for the price point. A few notes:* The outside shower is nice, however, it's just connected to the hose, so there was no hot water.* The pool was serviced mid-week but got a little green by the end of our stay. (We weren't going to use it anymore at that point, so we didn't notify Bryant staff.) * The kitchen was well stocked.* Be prepared for a duplex rental, your neighbors are super close.* There isn't much "extra" to this unit, so it didn't feel very homey (nothing hanging on the walls in the master bedroom).Overall, the unit could use a little TLC (hang towel rods, clean carpets) during the off season. I likely will not rent again unless I rent both sides.

Good stay with a few opps

Overall a good stay but cleanliness of mattresses and couches wasn’t great and a lot of dead flies all over the place. also dishwasher never worked during our stay and the freezer never made ice so we had to keep buying bagged ice for when we needed or wanted ice. We did notified the property manager and a guy went out and told us “he had to put in an order for new dishwasher that it seemed to had been broken for a while”, and for the ice he did offer us some ice trays so we could make some…. Just buying ice seemed better cause it would have taken a while to fill a small cooler with ice trays lol. There was also a wasp nest right outside the balconies so we couldn’t really enjoy the outdoor. we also mentioned that, due to some of us in our stay being highly allergic to stings, and I had my 1year old and 3 year old with me. I was told they were going to take care of it the following morning. To not worry. and the day for us to leave came couple of days later after that. And the nest and wasp were still there. It was never taken care of. The location overall was good for our family, it was close to the beach and had a pool that we enjoyed.

Overpromised and Not as Advertised

Reviewer Comments: Hello,I recently stayed at Zepka with my family for the Memorial Day weekend (May 27 - May 31). I spoke to a manager on Monday who said I should be expecting an email Thursday morning or Thursday afternoon regarding my stay after the Managers' Meeting yesterday afternoon. I am attaching a list of the issues we had. 1. Waste Disposal in kitchen sink did not work and backed up into the kitchen sink.2. The downstairs bathtub didn't drain.3. The upstairs air conditioner was out when we arrived.4. The air conditioner on main floor and downstairs went out on the 3rd day.5. The pool dirty all weekend. We were informed that pool company didn't work on holiday weekend.6. The pool light went out on our last night.7. The downstairs bed kept coming apart while the occupants were sleeping on it because the slats weren't screwed or nailed down.8. The downstairs toliet lacked enough water pressure to flush properly.9. There was no overhead light or fan in upstairs bedroom.10. There was not a working vacuum. It was in a pile in the kitchen with a broken table.11. The outdoor shower didn't work.12. After being on hold for 40 minutes, I was hung up on.

A Proper Vacation

This trip was so very necessary ! This year has been a crazy one to say the least and getting away when we did was just what the doctor ordered. The house was very spacious so no one felt they were on top of one another. There were no complaints about the rooms or beds. The common area had plenty of sitting space. We were located 3 blocks from the beach and loved being able to walk there whenever we wanted. The kitchen was perfect for cooking. Cooking is HUGE in our family and there wasn't a single complaint as we did our culinary ballets. We hope to visit again and maybe next time rent both for the extended family/friends next year.

Not a pleasant experience

My family and I rented this home for our annual family vacation. One of the reasons we rented the home was because of the pool. When we arrived at the home, we noted that the pool water was dirty and there was debris and sand at the bottom, which was disappointing. There is also only one tv in the home which is the living room, so if you have children that you want to entertain with tv, this will not the property for them. As the night progressed, we had a issue with the toilet on the 1st floor in which it would not feel. We had elderly family at the home and walking to the 3rd floor to use the restroom was incredibly hard. The home does not come with a actual person who is responsible for emergencies. You have to call the rental company, which was almost impossible to get in touch with after hours. Nevertheless, the next morning, I as well as 2 other members of my family, visited the rental office to talk to management directly. I spoke with Chris about our concerns and he stated that that there has been several complaints with the pool from past guests. I don’t know why this issue was not fixed prior to our stay, especially if there had been several other complaints. In addition, he told us the toilet not working was a “inconvenience” and that we were not impacted by this “inconvenience” we kindly let him know that when we pay money for a house, we expect that all isssues related to the house to be working, as we have paid for these amenities. He told us that he has a meeting with management the following week and that he would discuss possibly reimbursement of some of the money paid for for our “inconveniences” Fast forward to 2 days ago, Chris, emails me not mentioning any of the issues we brought to his attention upon our visit, but tells me that he found a broken towel rack in the upstairs bathroom and that he was charging us $85 to fix the towel rack. I never saw the broken towel rack and if I had noticed it, I would have documented it and reported it, as we did not break a towel rack. I mentioned it to my mother in law, who reported that she did see it upon using the bathroom, but never mentioned it. The house has some issues that need to be addressed but Chris attitude was the main issue. Had we been dealing with the actual owners of the home, it probably would have been different. I WILL NOT be renting a home from ANY home that this rental company manages. Poor management and they lack customer service

Girls' Weekend Getaway!

This was such a perfect house for a girls' weekend. Great location, easily walkable to the beach, tons of space (and 3 bathrooms!), and the pool area was a perfect place to hang out and catch up.
