Lovely family Christmas!

The property is beautiful and spacious enough for the whole family to spend Christmas together without being too crowded. Kids loved the theatre seating, pool table and pac man game. The shuffleboard table wasn’t usable and there were a couple of broken chairs but the host was very responsive and overall it was a great home in a great location! We made it to SDC, downtown and church for Christmas without much traffic or time on the road. Would definitely stay here again.

Second Stay!

There was seventeen of us this year, and we fit very easily in the property. When you try and pack that many people under one roof for five days... well, it has to be a special place. Great location, the very minor issues were immediately resolved via texts with Teresa. We would not hesitate to rent it for a third year if we end up in the area again for Thanksgiving 2025.

18th Birthday!

Had a small group of 18yr olds for my daughter’s birthday. Everyone was extremely happy, beautiful property, amazing and responsive host. A great way to cap off our summer. We highly recommend this location. Looking forward to staying there again. Only suggestion would be to add a Blackstone grill to the deck.

Good but could use some improvement

The floors were dirty- they turned all of our feet black from walking inside. The kitchen was nicely stocked with appliances etc. Beds were comfortable. Some of the perks we got this specific house for were not able to be used like the shuffleboard table, and the pool was closed for half of our trip.

Stunning home

If you have a large family this is the perfect place. Our family had a blast. We had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. It is a beautiful cabin with stunning views of the lake.

Beautiful house in a great location!

This house was beautiful and very clean. Very good location for anything you would want to do and see around Branson. The downstairs was perfect for our 6 teenagers. We had everything we needed while we were there. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Property

This is a beautiful property! We stayed here for an annual family reunion with people coming from all over the US. There was enough room for us to each have our own space, hangout as a smaller group, or all be together in one large group. There are towels for the spa and the pool is just up the hill. I had reached out with a minor question right before our stay, but didn’t hear back. Thankfully we were driving not flying, so were able to pack beach towels since we didn’t know if the property supplied them. The one challenge people had staying at any of the properties (not just Kindred) is where the main trash was. There wasn’t an outside bear proof can as we were directed to use. Instead we went searching for the dumpster, which is up BEHIND the pool and FULL. The property next door asked me this morning as we were packing the car where the dumpster was, so I recommend that be better spelled out for people. Overall, as I mentioned the property is beautiful and can accommodate a few smaller groups or a large one all at the same time. Everything was newer and all parties said the beds and pillows were very comfortable. I appreciated that they had a keurig, nespresso, and several options for making tea. Many in our party were complimentary of the property as we were leaving. I would certainly recommend!

Exceptional Stay in a Perfect Home Away from Home

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Kindred, and it was an absolutely fabulous experience! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The accommodations were immaculate, with every detail thoughtfully arranged for our comfort. The location was perfect, allowing us easy access to nearby attractions while providing a peaceful retreat to return to. The host was incredibly hospitable, ensuring that all our needs were met and often exceeding our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay and highly recommend the Kindred to anyone looking for a 5-star experience. We can't wait to return!

Wonderful

Perfect house for our get together, size location and layout was wonderful. We especially enjoyed the games and decks when we weren’t at the amusement park. Thanks to our wonderful host for having excellent communication and information.

Great stay!

This is a great location if your stay involves a trip to SDC! Quick and easy drive to the Strip. View was amazing! We had a couple of small hiccups early that were immediately addressed and rectified, I would not hesitate to stay here again! Teresa was easy to contact and prompt to respond. Thanks for all the memories!

Great place to stay
