Stunning Fredericksburg Ranch House with Pool and Hot Tub!

Escape to our breathtaking 26-acre ranch just outside the historic town of Fredericksburg, where you can revel in panoramic views of the stunning hill country. Our ranch is perfect for couples wanting to soak in the hot tub and enjoy a glass of wine while the sun sets. For large groups, the ranch has the ideal amenities to entertain all with a fire pit, an outdoor grill area, a pool, and a hot tub. Enjoy many wineries within 1/4 - 3 miles of our ranch, located right off highway 290.

The Space
Nestled atop a hill with spectacular 320-degree views, our house is a perfect retreat for up to 14 guests. The initial charges cover 1-4 guests, with an additional $20.00 per person per night after 4 guests. Once reservationis accepted and made we do not allow changes to the guest count unless it is to add guests. The open living room and dining area feature a fully stocked kitchen—just bring your favorite ingredients! Enjoy entertainment options like Netflix, YouTubeTv, and other apps. High-speed Wi-Fi is available in every room of the house.

Outside, indulge in the comfort of our outdoor furniture on the patio or in the covered pool area by the pool and hot tub. Feel free to explore the property, visit our friendly horses and donkeys, or catch glimpses of the local whitetail and axis deer that often visit at dawn and dusk.

Our property can also be rented out for serene outdoor ranch weddings, family reunions, bachelorette/bachelor parties, and corporate events eight three zero nine nine eight seven seven nine six the property is a perfect setting for your next gathering

Guest Access
Guests will have access to the house, surrounding grounds, the pool/hot tub area, outdoor grill, and outdoor fire pit.

Other Things to Note
We are delighted to have you stay at the ranch and you will love the views of the stunning hill country. We have tried to incorporate very thoughtful design touches into every aspect of the ranch. It is our pleasure to open up our family ranch to you and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
We are in close proximity to Grape Creek Winery, Becker Winery, (so many to mention) Altstadt Brewery, and right across the road from Wildseed Farms & many more attractions within 6 miles including many amazing restaurants, store front wineries, bars, entertainment, and yes lots of shopping!
We have a beautiful front porch that overlooks the country hillside and we love to sit and watch the herds of deer roaming the property. Come and enjoy!! We can’t wait to meet y’all. Please tell us a little about yourselves and/or your group who are coming to stay at the ranch.

Rules:
No smoking in the house (smoking ONLY by the fire pit). Put cigarette butts in small ash tin can provided by fire pit.
The Fire pit is available with some wood provided, but please bring extra if you plan to use it extensively. We do not supply starters, lighters, or matches
We follow the Gillespie County-enforced burn ban when in effect.
Please use white towels for baths or showers only, and bring your own pool towels.
No loud parties, hunting, shooting, or fireworks. No looking/keeping for artifacts on property.
Please only flush toilet paper in toilets due to our septic system.
The barn area is currently not available for use.
The pool and hot tub are available at your own risk, so please supervise children closely and consider life jackets for non-swimmers.
Only guests registered are allowed to stay overnight and use the pool and surrounding areas. If you want to have guest come to visit for the day we do have an extra fee for them to enjoy the house, pool, and ranch.
We love dogs and allow 2 dogs up to 50 pounds per group with pre-approval.
There are some breeds we do not allow on property. Again- pre-approval is necessary.
No dogs are allowed on the bedding, furniture, outside furniture, or in the pool.
Please keep your dog leashed when outside because we want to respect our neighbors who have longhorn cattle as well as our cattle, horses, and donkeys are not great with dogs!
No dogs beyond the black fence where the horses and donkeys are, for your dog's safety.

White towels are not to be used for any reason other than baths or showers. We provide makeup towels and towelettes to remove your makeup. If white towels are used for any other reason besides bath/shower and we cannot get them clean you will be charged.
Please bring your own pool towels - no pool towels provided.
Only guests who are registered are allowed to stay overnight and use the pool and surrounding area. Please input the correct amount of guests when choosing how many guests. Once the reservation is made for how many guests we do not allow changes accept to add guest.

We have keys for you to lock up the back door and laundry room door when you leave on your fun adventures located on the credenza. The front door is a keypad lock and you will be given a code before your arrival.
