Cancellation Policy:

We recognize that travel plans may change. Please note that once a reservation is confirmed, certain operational costs are incurred. Our cancellation structure is as follows:
Non-Refundable Fee: All cancellations are subject to a 10% non-refundable fee. This covers administrative processing time, merchant transaction costs, and non-recoverable platform fees.
Refund Window Compliance (e.g., 14+ days prior to check-in): Guests will receive a refund of the booking cost minus the mandatory 10% fee.
Outside Refund Window: The standard cancellation policy selected at the time of booking will be strictly applied.
Recommendation: We strongly encourage the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance to safeguard your investment against unforeseen circumstances.

Guest Verification & Damage Waiver: Required

For the safety and security of all guests and the property, a mandatory guest verification process is required via the Pre-arrival form..

Verification Process: Guests must submit a photograph of their driver’s license along with a current selfie.

Damage Waiver Fee: A non-refundable $50 per-stay damage waiver is required. This fee provides coverage for minor accidental property damage, ensuring a worry-free stay for all occupants.

Your stay at our lake house will be memorable from all the fun spaces to gather or just get away. Multiple seating areas on all 3 decks, only minutes to the golf club, tennis and winery, and spectacular peaceful views of the lake year-round. Seating for 12 indoors for each meal + 12 outside. Smart TVs, blazing internet, a coffee bar (Kcups you will want to bring) and indoor Tiki Bar downstairs, gas stove, gorgeous new dishes and plentiful barware, 3 ice makers, and more. We've done this place in a super high quality fashion and absolutely love it here - and know you will too.
We provide sheets and blankets but no towels.


Please note, there are no bedrooms on main level. All bedrooms require stairs. However, there is a 1/2 bath on main level.
