Cada habitación con tv + dvd (+/- 200 dvd's en la casa) y televisión por cable (HBO, CINEMAX Y MÁS incluido). Pisos de madera y puertas originales. 3 habitaciones con balcones. Cómodas camas con nuevas almohadas, sábanas, sábanas y edredones. Nueva cocina, gran comedor, acogedora sala de estar con chimenea de piedra y 55 'LED TV. X-box kine kt, blue-ray. Play room w PAC-man, pinball, race cars. Parrilla al aire libre, pozo de fuego y un bonito paisaje. caminar a la sala de cine, oficina de correos, ferretería y área de juegos para niños. 1 milla a las pistas de esquí Hunter Mtn y 11 millas a Windham Mtn. House was very clean. Communication with owner was excellent - very responsive. Kitchen was well stocked. Hot tub was a little old, but seemed clean (we did not use it).

Overall the property was very nice and had everything we needed. A few suggestions, add bars to the closets or over the door hooks as there was very little area to hang clothes or towels. Change trash cans in kitchen/porch area, the bags continue to fall in. Otherwise, it was a very nice property and we enjoyed ourselves very much!

This is the second time we have stayed at your property for our family reunion. We had a great time! The property was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with silverware, dishes, pots and pans and a coffee maker. You were prompt to reply to a question about one of the arcade games! Everyone enjoyed the game room and firepit and the younger kids especially loved the hot tub while watching many movies on the big screen TV. Thanks!

Multigenerational family stay

Great place for 14 family members- 76 and 83 YO grand parents, 50 somethings and 18 to 25s. House is a slight maze, but plenty of space for fun and bonding!

My family really enjoyed their stay at this house. The kids were super excited about the game room. The house is very clean and in a perfect location for the activities you want to do. They have everything you need to make your vacation as enjoyable as possible. Communication with the host was excellent, he was an accessible person. Highly recommended.

Family by choice vacation

We had 10 people staying here, 4 adults and 6 kids (10-19). It was plenty of space and had plenty to keep us entertained while at the house. Easy drive to Hunter Mountain and the Katterskill Falls (highly recommend making the trip)

Better then expected.....

THE HOUSE WAS A GREAT DESTINATION ALL TO ITS SELF. Beautifully decorated, with old fashion 80's era video games, secluded and quiet area and easy access to everything including Hunter mountain. We will look forward to staying their again.

Father/Son ski weekend

This was the perfect house for our annual father son ski trip. There was plenty of room for all eight of us, and all of the games were a big hit. The deck is enormous, and we spent a lot of time in the hot tub and around the fire pit. Would definitely recommend for groups of up to eight.

Great family ski trip

We had a wonderful time staying at the house. Andrew was very responsive via text messages. House location is excellent for ski at Hunter mtn, (5min) drive. The house was clean, with more than enough towels, toilet papers, cook wares and bathrooms. Both kids and adult really enjoyed the game room. It's a great place to stay for family. Jenny Y

Fun vacation home close to the mountain

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house has ample bedrooms and bathrooms with a fun game room and fireplace. The kitchen and dining area were sizeable for our group of 9 adults and 5 teens/kids. There are also a couple of roll-away beds and the pull-out couch for extra sleeping space. The beds were all comfortable. And the hot tub was the icing on the cake. The house is in good shape with a couple of minor leaks we attended to during a rain storm, but had no impact on our stay. Thank you for a fun weekend getaway!

Big Cabin close to Hunter Mountain

Perfect house for a large group to get away! We went with 15 people to go snowboarding and skiing at Hunter. The house was less then a mile away and everything we needed as a rental. The owner of the house was very reasonable and whatever problems we had were solved or will be solved ASAP as per owner. The hot tub and game room are an awesome addition to the house! Very pleased with our stay and will book this property again for future Hunter or Windham trips!

fun trip

we really apreciatte to thw host, just little recomendations. house need some repair, upper decks cant use them, outside is little short, Jacuzzi water smells, outdoor grill is not working need to replace even we buy new Propape tank, we left full, the bed line need to be cleanning some smells we have to cleaning before sleep, some showers are very tiny lol, you have to bring you own launfry detergent we left some there, dish soap, but we enjoy our time if they did all repairs probably will be better and amaizing..

Thanksgiving getaway

This property was perfectly suited to our needs. We wanted a place to stay over Thanksgiving where we could all cook and eat together. There were 15 of us in total, ages 80 to 5 and everyone seemed to have a great time. The game room was what drew us to the place and it didnt disappoint. The kitchen was comfortable enough to cook a full Thanksgiving feast.Though we did bring some items to cook with and prep with. All 15 of us fit around the enormous dining room table The view of Hunter Mountain was lovely and it's a stones throw from Main street. The hot tub and fire pit were great and communication with the owners was quick. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Hunter Mountain ski trip

This place was awesome for the group of 11 guys we had go up. Not once did we feel cramped. Definitely plenty of room and beds along with some rollouts that helped also. The hot tub and firepit were great especially the provided firewood! We spent majority of our time in the game room while not on the mtn. Although most of the games in the game room along with some outlets were not working we still made the best of it and the owner said he was going to address the issues. All in all great trip and will definitely be back.

Family reunion

We had a fabulous time and this beautiful place. Things we didn’t know until we arrived is the two upper decks are not usable and two of the video games didn’t work. There was no tin foil plastic wrap baggies or garbage bags for us to use. Have a few spices on hand would have been nice as well. The drawers are all very unorganized and could really use a clean out, hard to find what you need without going through them all each time. Otherwise absolutely perfect.

Happy at Hunter

We just had a wonderful weekend at Andrew’s house at Hunter Mountain. The proximity to Hunter (less than a mile) is great. After a long day of skiing, it was nice to be home in fewer than 5 minutes! Andrew was a great communicator and answered all of our questions immediately. The house was very spacious and warm. There was so much for the kids (ages 10-16) to do that we didn’t even leave on Sunday except for our traditional trip to Dollar General to buy a jigsaw puzzle to complete that day. The kids enjoyed playing pool and Ms Pac-Man and we all enjoyed the hot tub. We had a fire going all day Sunday and there was plenty of wood out back. There are restaurants and markets nearby and the neighboring town of Tannersville has become super cute. We are glad we stayed here.
