Old Town Oasis - the perfect 30 day stay
You won't believe you are in the heart of Old Town in this gorgeous apartment at the quiet end of a beautifully landscaped lot. Abundant windows, cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors, classic furnishings, large outdoor decks, weekly housekeeping, parking, HSI, laundry and more gives you the perfect place to work or relax for 30 day min. Step out the gate and find the transit center, shops, restaurants, parks and museums. Central city convenience with country charm makes this stay truly unique.
You will have the entire upper unit of this newly built carriage house at the end of a large lot in Old Town Fort Collins. The apartment has a large open living area with cathedral ceilings and hardwood floors. The furniture is a combination of original mid century pieces and new items from high end furniture companies. The kitchen has an electric range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and appliances including blender, toaster, convectional/air fryer combo, and a fully stocked kitchen. The bedroom has one queen bed, a work area, and a reading nook. The bathroom is off the bedroom and has a glassed in shower and backlit vanity mirror. A laundry room/closet with a washer/dryer combo is located in the bedroom. The living room couch is a Joybird pull out with a single mattress. The entire upper deck, nearly 300 sf, is yours to enjoy.
We provide all utilities and the apartment has AC and electric heat and high speed internet. Weekly housekeeping is included in the cost of your stay. There is a private lot with off street parking and a secure shed to store your bicycle (or use one of ours!).
The apartment has high speed internet and a designated workspace. It is quiet and peaceful day and night so you can easily work from home without disturbance. The television is a smart TV that can connect to your streaming sources. The stereo is a mid century console that has been refurbished and updated with a bluetooth enabled pioneer amplifier so you can easily listen to your own music during your stay.
The carriage house is located one block from the downtown transit center and the municipal center, two blocks from Martinez Park and Civic Center Park and less than a 1/2 mile from Poudre River Whitewater Park. There are two coffee shops each 2 blocks away and the vibrant Old Town Downtown District is five blocks away. It is a 15 minute walk to New Belgium, O'Dell and other craft breweries and a 25 minute walk to Colorado State University.
Your stay will be in the upper unit of an all new carriage house. There are exterior stairs to enter the home and large decks all around the unit. You will have access to private off street parking, a bicycle storage shed, and the back lot.
