Spacious and quiet, this 4BR/2.5BA home in the Fondren area of Jackson, MS is perfect for all. With gated parking, fast WiFi, home office, 3 smart TVs, and a fenced backyard with a play set, it’s fully equipped for comfort and productivity. Fresh paint, updated floors, and modern appliances round out the cozy feel. Just minutes from five hospitals, two colleges, top restaurants, and I-55.
Smart TVs in living room, master, and upstairs bedroom. Peaceful neighborhood with walkable streets.

We provide you with a starter pack of items for the house. We do not provide restock items.

**Guest is required to sign a Rental Agreement. Security Hold $300. Hold to be processed by Host on Guest's Credit Card. See Listing and Rental Agreement for details. Min age is at least 24 Years of Age.**

We do have some rules in place:
No smoking in our property - $500 charge if we find evidence of smoking including the smell of smoke in the property
No events or parties. You will not be refunded for your stay if you have a party and are asked to leave early. There may be up to a $1,000 charge for any clean-up or broken, destroyed, or stained items as a result of a party or event.
No pet is permitted on the property nor visiting animals. We will charge an additional $150 per animal if you bring in an additional animal into the property. If you bring an animal you claim is a service animal but does not fit the ADA's requirements, we will report you and there can be a penalty up to $1,000 and up to 6 months in jail. We take this very seriously.

MAINTENANCE AND ISSUES: Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, internet, appliances, plumbing, and the television.

Fantastic Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in the Fondren! Along with the house being very nice and clean the location was great with it being close to the events we attended this weekend. The host was very responsive and helped any time we had an inconvenience. Definitely would recommend!

Low water pressure but nice home

Water pressure in bath is very lowStairs steep with only one hand rail for going up,kurig didnt work but host brought a brand new one soon after i notified her. Great service. Very much appreciated the quick fix

This property is in the awesome neighborhood of Fondren. There is so much offered here - entertainment, excellent restaurants, and coffee shops.

There are four bedrooms with two being downstairs. The downstairs bedrooms are a full bed master with a Smart TV and a shower/tub combo ensuite and a full trundle bed with a twin on the bottom.
The upstairs features the large master with a queen bed and a trundle with a two twin beds. The second upstairs bedroom has two twin beds. A full bathroom upstairs with a tub/shower combo.
There are two living rooms downstairs, a dedicated office with a desk and chair, a dining room, a large equipped kitchen, a half bath, high-speed internet, and all utilities paid.
Perfect for working travelers, as well! This home boasts a large, private, fenced-in yard, a manual gated driveway, and a play structure for the kids.
We are located within 3 miles of every major medical center in Jackson and less than 4 miles from the State Capital. Ask about our longer term rentals for the traveling health industry, traveling executives, and those in governmental affairs.
