This was the perfect little getaway far enough and yet close enough to Downtown Napa. The quaint setting was perfect for a slow morning sipping on coffee and great for evening escapes.

Robert and Cynthia were very inviting hosts and it was a very lovely and comfortable place to stay. Well equipped with lots of thoughtful touches, like fresh bread, butter, jam for breakfast, fresh milk for coffee and an assortment of beverages in the fridge and even a welcome bottle of wine. Quiet location very close to downtown. We would happily stay here again next time we are in Napa.

Clean and well-appointed walk-out basement apartment in a great location. There is private access to the space through the side yard. Communication with the hosts worked well through the app and they offered a wealth of local information in their very thorough notebook. Although I did not use the washer/dryer or the (outdoor) fireplace they were available onsite. Access to downtown Napa and local wineries is easy from the location. All in all a very comfortable stay.

We would definitely stay at this property again. The set up was perfect for two people. The outdoor patio was just as pictured in the listing and just as inviting. Bob and Cynthia were incredibly responsive to questions I had prior to arrival as well as once we arrived. 5 stars!

It was perfect for our trip to Napa! Loved the outdoor patio with the fireplace! We used it 2 of our 3 nights! They had it on when we arrived that night…so inviting! We had to go sit by it!They were very nice and accommodating. We had everything we needed and more! Very convenient to the wine train and shops and restaurants and other areas. Loved having the 2 bathrooms! Bed was comfy. Friendly deer that just laid down and watched us as we sat by the fire!!We would definitely stay again!

Delightful & very local knowledgeable hosts, a beautifully decorated suite of rooms & a patio to die for! We really appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, including the bottle of delicious wine.

We love the place! it was a very nice space, well appointed, and decorated with a lovely view of nature on the hillside. They even left fresh bakery bread, drinks, fresh fruit and a bottle of wine for us! The location was also excellent very near downtown Napa. The only drawback was the queen bed was a bit snug for me and my six foot five inch husband. Otherwise-perfect.

A great place to stay in Napa. Close to downtown and wineries. Comfortable bed and nice bathrooms and very nice kitchenette with fresh fruit and bread. We’d love to go back again!

We loved this property and out stay! The hosts had great communication before and during our stay. The property was lovely and in a great location. We felt so comfortable and at home and we really appreciated the extra special touches from the hosts. If we return to the Napa valley in the future, this is our preferred spot to stay!!!

Great stay!

My wife and I stayed at Bob and Cynthia’s place for a few nights and was very impressed. The location is in quiet neighborhood very close to downtown Napa. Bob and Cynthia were great hosts and would highly recommend staying there.

Perfect stay during Napa trip

We really enjoyed every aspect of our stay. In the morning we enjoyed coffee by the outdoor fireplace and even saw deer. The two bathrooms were a real treat. Hoping to visit Napa again and we wouldn't choose anywhere else to stay!

Lovely suite

We had a wonderful stay. The suite was clean and all the little extras Bob & Cynthia had for us made our stay memorable. We loved watching the deer in the morning!
