Nestled in the comfort of a sparse urban community with easy access to Austin, San Antonio, Marble Falls, and Fredericksburg, this charming, 1950s house is the perfect home base for your next adventure! Enjoy being located right off the main street and within walking distance of Farmhouse Vineyards tasting room, shops on the town square, fine dining at Bryans on 290, and the Lyndon B Johnson National Historic Park. You will also be just a few blocks from downtown Johnson City, Texas Wine Trail, and Hill Country music venues.
This beautiful rock home, with its German architectural influences, has been completely renovated and boasts refinished original flooring and a fun Western theme throughout that pays homage to the new and the old. The front yard is a great place to perch with your morning coffee, complete with a table and chairs, while the back deck features outdoor furniture and attractive lighting.
When it comes to indoor entertainment, relax and play in the sunroom, listen to some tunes on the record player, challenge your friends to a game on the full-size shuffleboard table, and warm up by the electric fireplace. The living area enjoys a smart TV that is perfect for catching up on your favorite shows and movies.
When mealtime comes, you will have a well-appointed kitchen to show off your cooking skills and surprise the group with delicious culinary masterpieces. Unwind afterward with a soothing soak in the new hot tub. Find serenity in the main bedroom, a true book lover's paradise, with a library of various reads for further enjoyment.
For you convenience, this home also includes an EV Charger with Level II EV charging options: "Tesla 48amp, NEMA 14-50, and TT-30.”

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
