About this space
The perfect location to enjoy all that downtown Baltimore has to offer! Most major venues are within walking distance; M & T Bank Stadium (Ravens) is a 3 minute walk, and Camden Yards (Orioles) is a 13 minute walk. The Inner Harbor, CFG Bank Arena, Federal Hill Park, and other attractions are also within walking distance.

This townhouse is located on a friendly street in a community with easy access to the I-95. The BWI Airport is 12 minutes away. PARKING IS FREE on the street with our pass.
The space
We are high school teachers and coaches who are recent empty nesters and have a passion for sports and travel. We are excited to open up our home to fellow travelers and families; we look forward to assisting you in your adventures!

Our home is comfortable, clean, and you will have FULL ACCESS TO THE ENTIRE PROPERTY. Our WIFI is strong and we have a fire stick so you can watch tv in the living room. We are a family who loves competition so being close to where the Ravens and Orioles play (along with the surrounding breweries) is a dream.

We welcome children but as of yet, we do not have toys or a pack-and-play available. We also caution that our place has exposed brick and the staircase may be considered a bit steep.

We have a full kitchen available. Our stainless steel appliances are in great shape; the oven is brand new and has a double oven, four gas burners and a griddle.

You have FULL ACCESS to the house and back patio. Parking is free on the street as long as you display our Guest Parking Permit on the dash of your car.
Other things to note
You will receive a guest parking permit to use during your stay. It will be placed on the refrigerator but please make sure to return it.

This spot was just what our family needed. It was in a wonderful location for us to attend a game and visit the Baltimore Aquarium. It was just as advertised and communication with the host was excellent. I would stay here again, but next time I’d bring earplugs, since I’m not used to sleeping with city noises.

Property was as advertised, a true “Fan Favorite.” Proximity to baseball and football stadiums was perfect. Casino, breweries and bars are all walkable. Electric scooters/bikes can help get you to all the action pretty quick. Sagamore Spirit Distillery, Federal Hill, sports venues, Inner Harbor, Horseshoe Casino.

Good location to football and baseball stadium although the area looks a little sketchy it was relatively an okay area. Would stay in the area for a game again.

This was my first time visiting Baltimore, and this was the perfect place to stay! Less than 10 minute walk from Ravens Stadium and not too far from many food options (a local deli is a few hundred feet away). The stay itself was easy to find, well-kept, and cozy. This is the kind of place I would stay at again!

Football Fan's Retreat

My brother and I were in town for a Ravens game and stayed here. It is a fantastic location with an easy walk to the stadium. It is a very comfortable place and very well kept. A+ experience all around.

Pigtown weekend

We came down for a cheer competition and couldn’t have had a better stay! Jana was extremely communicative, the house was impeccable and even the dog was at home. Would highly recommend!

We loved it!

We really loved the area, so close to everything we needed. Rooms were comfortable. Possibly consider stocking an air mattress (we brought our own) but the couches seemed a little hard to sleep on. But we loved the place and would come back!

Bills-Ravens Game

This was a perfect place for us to gather for the game. This place was within walking distance of the stadium which was great. The bonus for the weekend was the Pig Town Festival which we attended and enjoyed everyone in my group enjoyed the weekend and the accommodations

Great spot for sports fans

I can’t recommend this spot enough. We came to Baltimore to watch the Orioles game and it was perfect for our stay. Checking in and parking was very easy and we were within walking distance to Camden yards as well as lots of nice restaurants and bars around. The house had everything we needed and everything was well stocked. The neighbourhood was also quiet and safe. We will definitely be staying here again.

enjoyed our stay. Verbo gave owner wrong phone number, but she corrected by me using ring. hard to navigate baltimore, but we all really enjoyed the harbor and the zoo. Stairs were steep, but we were pre-warned. The only thing wrong, unusual, was no toaster.

Family Trip

We were visiting Baltimore to go to an Orioles game for my son’s 11th birthday. The location of this home was perfect for walking to Camden yards and the aquarium. The weather was a bummer so we were really grateful for the umbrella! The beds were so comfortable and warm. Thank you so much!

Right in the Middle

My dad and I stayed here in order to attend Monster Mania Con in New Jersey. We’re from the Hampton Roads area in Virginia so we thought this would be a perfect in-between zone, and we wanted to visit the Poe House in Baltimore as well. It all worked out very well. The place was so nice and inviting! It had everything we needed to be comfortable. The host was so nice and checked in to make sure we had everything and were finding everything okay. Super appreciative of that! All around, a great stay!

Perfect For Being Close to Stadiums

A coworker and I stayed at the property to catch a few Orioles games. My biggest concern leading up to the trip was being safe walking to and from the stadium. It was a non issue. Each night we walked back to the neighborhood with other fans. I would take my family to the area. It was fun to be in the community with residents, getting breakfast at Marti's each morning, and getting a feel for life near the stadium. We jogged around the area each morning. Our host was an excellent communicator. The house was clean and had everything we needed. I'd stay again with no concerns.

Unforgettable Getaway - 5 Stars!

I can’t express how thrilled I am with the entire experience. The location was absolutely perfect – a serene oasis that allowed us to unwind and enjoy the beauty of our surroundings. This house was only a 5 min walk to M&T Bank Stadium, which was so convenient to the Steelers vs. Ravens game we were attending. The house itself exceeded our expectations. Impeccably clean, well-furnished, and equipped with everything we needed, it truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail was remarkable, from cozy interiors to modern amenities. Booking was seamless and the communication with the host was excellent. The entire process was hassle-free, allowing us to focus on creating beautiful memories. I highly recommend this house for anyone seeking a memorable and stress-free getaway. Five stars for an outstanding experience!
