Our Tiny guest studio with private entrance is located in the city of South San Francisco, just 15 minutes from downtown San Francisco and only 7 minutes away from San Francisco International airport.
We offer free wifi and complementary amenities such as fresh clean towels, Shampoo/conditioner/body wash and your very own Washer and Dryer.

This is a fantastic newly remodeled tiny studio full of natural light.
The studio is approximately 195 sqft, it has been remodeled recently. Its equipped with new comfortable furniture, a private bathroom and a little kitchen. You'll have everything you need :)
Please note that this Tiny studio is attached to the main house and only shares one wall.

Additional rules
1. We ask that you kindly remove your shoes before entering the house. 2. Video Surveillance cameras monitor the exterior of our home (front entrance, patio and side garden). Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted here. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund. 3. There shall be no parties or group gatherings other than registered guests. Any extra guests or party, we will charge from your deposit. 4. Check in time is 4pm and please do not enter the house before 4pm. 5. Check out time is 10am or earlier. The cleaners will be there to start cleaning at check out time. Please note: If you check-out later than 10:00 am, a late check-out fee of $50 will be automatically imposed. 6. Only ONE vehicle is allowed to park in the driveway. 7. When you are not in the house, we ask that you please turn off all lights. 8. Smoking is NOT allowed in the house or patio area….of ANY substance...even if you have a prescription.
