The Space:
Hayden’s Hideaway offers the beauty and charm that you would expect from a mountain cabin! Located just minutes from Blairsville, GA, it is easily accessible, and offers a private escape with a beautiful view, open area to watch the wildlife and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the mountains.

You will enter the home directly off the front porch into a very cozy living room featuring a wood burning fireplace, new comfortable furniture, Smart TV and perfect gathering space for family.

The dining room is connected directly to the living space and has a new dining table for six and is attached to the remodeled kitchen featuring brand new stainless steel appliances and leather granite countertops! The kitchen is fully equipped with new pots/pans, flatware, and dishes. It has a Keurig coffee maker.

The first of three bedrooms is on the main floor and features a king bed and seating area. A full size bathroom is just outside the bedroom door and has a walk-in shower and new tile flooring.

Access to the main level porch is between the kitchen and dining area. There is an outdoor dining table for six, rockers and additional seating area to enjoy the mountain views and abundant wildlife in the area. There is also a charcoal grill on the right side porch.

The front porch has additional seating and a fire pit is just off to the left and there are steps leading to the lower level to access the hot tub on the lower level porch.

The upstairs includes a loft area that has a sofa bed/seating area and Smart TV. The master bedroom is to the left at the top of the stairs featuring a king size bed, seating area and full size bathroom with walk-in shower and new tile floor.

The steps to the lower level are off the kitchen. The lower level is split with the third bedroom to the left with two twin beds, full size bathroom with tub/shower combo outside the bedroom and full size stackable washer and dryer.

The right side has an additional living area with Smart TV, air hockey/ping pong table combo, PacMan arcade game, several board games and puzzles to enjoy!

You will have access to the lower level porch just off the living area/game room side. There is a five person hot tub and additional seating as well.

The owner wanted to create a property that was inviting, comfortable and cozy. The space is excellent for six guests and so many places to relax, getaway and enjoy time together as a family or yourself. The convenience to town, shopping, restaurants and adventure is the perfect added bonus.

Guest Access:
Access is via keyless entry. A check-in code will be provided 1 day prior to arrival. Checkout code will be provided the day before with instructions.

The entire cabin is available to the guest with the exception of the owner's closet and shed.

The Neighborhood:
The home is easily accessible via paved roads until you turn off onto the short gravel access road. The driveway is paved and has parking for three vehicles. Hayden’s Hideaway can be reached via GPS, does not require four wheel drive and is nestled in a quiet neighborhood.

Getting Around:
The property is central to Blairsville, Blue Ridge and Murphy, NC. providing excellent access to all three unique towns featuring many restaurants, hiking trails, wineries/breweries, casino, lakes, fishing, white water rafting and other great outdoor activities.

Other properties are in the neighborhood. We ask that you please respect the owners privacy and comply with private property signs.

Trash and Litter:
Trash pickup service is provided on Wednesday. If the trash cans are full upon arrival, please contact the property management office. All trash must be bagged and placed into the two trash cans provided. Our nature friends love to make a mess when this is not done and the trash companies will not pick up loose trash. Also if you exceed the capacity of the trash cans before pickup it is your responsibility to remove and take to the disposal locations at:

Quiet time:
Please keep your noise to a minimum between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. both inside and outside. This includes hot tubs, fire pits, and porches. Sound travels easily in the mountains and can disturb unseen guests.

This property is a NO SMOKING property of any kind.
