Relax with the whole family at this perfect Gull Lake home. Enjoy this spacious 4BR (sleeps 14) home equipped with every amenity needed. Private lake lot with breathtaking views of Gull Lake. Bring your boat and use the dock to experience lake life at its finest! Gull Lake is known for its exceptional water quality and walleye/bass fishing.

Entertain everyone with over 5000 arcade games, darts, board games, paddle boat, lake toys and more! Less than 2 minutes to Mount Ski Gull, and less than 5 minutes to Maddens/Craguns for PGA courses and spas.

Featuring a master suite on the main level and 3 BR in the lower levels. 3 bathrooms - 2 fulls and 1 half. Every east facing window has breathtaking views of Gull Lake as the home sits atop a bluff.

Hot tub and gas fireplace is available for year-round to use!

Private driveway with trees lining the entire property providing privacy from neighbors. Parking can accommodate 4-5 cars

Other things to note:
Keurig coffee makers are both in the kitchen and also in the wet bar area downstairs. There’s also a ninja coffee pot that is available in the kitchen to make drip coffee.
Keypad entrance for convenient check-in.

Regardless if you're staying to relax or entertain, this house does not disappoint. During your stay, there are too many attractions to name. Enjoy the Shops of Nisswa, downhill skiing, numerous groomed cross-country skiing trails, hiking, fishing/ice fishing, snowmobiling - just to name a few.

Great hospitality , very spacious and great attention to detail. Such a breathtaking place and view! Although a lot to explore around the area the place itself was so comfortable and so well equipped with everything to enjoy a family getaway weekend only at the property!

Wonderful 3 nights celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with family. The house is beautiful, clean, with plenty of space for our group of 9. Outdoors we enjoyed the lake (fun fishing off the dock for the kids.), the fire pit, and the beautiful views of Gull Lake. Ryan, our host, was easy to contact and ensured that our stay was organized, relaxing, and fun. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home, sitting high above the lake and nestled into the trees. Beautiful view from the home, deck and fire pit/patio. Bedroom setup easily facilitated multiple family units for our mini family reunion. Well stocked kitchen made it easy to eat-in and Nisswa and Brainard area has lots of great options to eat out. Hiked at nearby Pillsbury State Forest, daily walks on walking path right outside the property, and of course time on the lake was wonderful.

Good Morning our stay was good, everyone enjoyed themselves. a few things I wanted to let you know about the house. The big concern was the temputure of the cabin. The upstais, if we kept the fireplace going it was fine. The basement was very cold and I'm glad we brought extra blankets from home. Maybe putting blocking curtians on the windows downstairs would help holding in the heat. The oven was very dirty, there was food on the bottom of it. I did clean it with what cleaning stuff was there, but shoulds be cleaned better. The door on the pantry looks like it is ready to fall off. Maybe putting some hangers in closets to hang coats up. But all in all it was amazing time with our family. They did use the hot tub and enjoyed it!! We talked about this property would be fun in the summer, so we will keep it in mind. Thank you very musch for the great hospitality. Both hosts were exceptional!!

Gull Lake fun!

We stayed for 4 nights with two families with 8 people total (4 adults, 4 kids ages 9,7,6 and 6) everything was very clean upon arrival. There was a situation with the home that was addressed very promptly by the property manager. The layout of the home was great for families. Especially the 2 basement bedrooms that had bunk beds and queen beds so that our entire family could conveniently stay in the same room. The multiple sitting areas outside were well used and we loved having a hot tub! The dock was awesome and I highly recommend bringing your own boat or renting one. We did a captained cruise the first full day with Lakes Area Adventures and it was an absolute blast. They picked us up and dropped us off right from the dock. Highly recommend using this service. Overall was a lovely home and fun summer vacation and you can rest assured that any issues are promptly addressed by management.
