This is a contemporary style home built in 1976. 4 bedrooms are located on the main floor. Up the stairs, you will find the living room, dining area, kitchen and 1/2 bath. Above the kitchen is a large sleeping loft. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and Keurig coffee maker as well as traditional coffee maker. The master suite has a full bathroom, and the other two bathrooms "share" a tub and shower separated by 2 doors. One is off the hallway, and the other access is off of the bunk room. All towels will be supplied. The number of guests will determine the amount of towels supplied (one per guest). There is air conditioning in the main area, loft and all bedrooms in the summertime. In addition to air conditioners Outdoor chairs are on the deck and also by the fire pit. Due to the nature of the area, they may need to be wiped down due to insects, leaves, pollen or other natural debris that happens in the woods. The basement has a laundry area with a washer and dryer.

Self check in and out with passcode on door. Guests have access to the entire house and outside property. Able to park 5-7 cars in driveway depending on their size. The garage is not available for guests except for trash disposal.

The cleaning fee is what our cleaner charges us. It includes cleaning all living area levels and laundering all towels and sheets. This is a large house, and we pay our cleaners to do a good job, especially in the age of COVID-19.
