cozy 2 bedroom with SF views

Brisbane is a family-friendly town, also known as the City Of Stars wherein during Xmas holidays many of the residents light huge stars, a tradition that can be traced back to several decades.
Our 2 bedroom apartment has bay, mountain, and views of San Francisco, and only 10 minutes away from SFO and the city. The apartment has one queen beds and a twin bed. The listing is available for 30 days or longer stays only.
Suitable for 1-2 people.
The space
Our home is located on a nature preserve but close to the city. You get the solitude, the wildlife, a park like setting and the views but also the proximity to world class restaurants and entertainment in San Francisco, all at an affordable price. We have just remodeled our home with cork and tile flooring and in an eco friendly manner with materials from Ecohome improvement (a well regarded Berkeley store) that provides health/environmentally conscious materials. We also have a mattress made out of organic cotton and we feature an allergen free home. This apartment is on the lower level of our home.
The kitchen is small but adequate for very light cooking (dorm fridge, induction cookplate, microwave, there is a large capacity freezer in the laundry room). The bathroom is full size and has a jacuzzi tub. The living room has flat panel tv with Roku channels (netflix, hbo go, etc.). We also have high speed internet (100+mbps, the highest speed comcast offers currently).
We strive to provide an allergen free environment and we do not accept smoking (please do not bring marijuana or cigarettes, etc.) or animals of any kind (including service animals). My wife is extremely allergic to pet dander and for health reasons and safety of our guests we cannot accept any animals inside the home.
Guest access
Guests also have access to the San Bruno mountains on our private road. There is brand new modern high capacity washer and dryer in the apartment.
We have a crib as well for those folks that are coming with babies (we understand, we have two of our own).

This is a completely separate apartment with its own kitchen and bathroom. The home has 3 apartments and this is one of the 3 apartments. If you are interested in booking the whole home you may do so through a separate listing.
Small supermarket downtown. Some selection of organic foods.
Madhouse Coffee: a good place for coffee and breakfast.
Authentic mexican restaurant downtown, not great but better than other restaurants in town.
The vietnamese restaurant as well has decent, cheap sandwiches and pho.
Farmers market: every thursday afternoon (downtown Brisbane).

One thing to note which is repeated several times throughout our description is that our house is on the hill and it's secluded. Therefore, some folks have found that driving up a hill might not be to their taste. San Francisco, Brisbane and a lot of other towns in the Bay Area have homes on the hill. That fact adds to the charm for some folks and for others it's a driving challenge. I added a picture of the road leading to the house.
