**Additional Fees Required**

Temporary community membership fees are mandatory for all guests. The fees are as follows:

Off season ( From Memorial Day to Labor Day):
-$20 one time registration fee
-$20 per vehicle
-$2 per person age 6 & up, per night

In season ( From Memorial Day to Labor Day):
-$20 one time registration fee
-$20 per vehicle
-$8.50 per person age 6 & up, per night

All people 6 years and older must be counted and paid for. This is a gated community, any unregistered guests or vehicles will be denied access. *All persons and vehicles must be finalized 4 days before arrival. After this cut off, there is $100 late registration fee.

After booking, we will need to obtain all guests first and last names, make, model, license and state for each vehicle and names of the drivers. We will also need the main guests phone number and email address. These items are required by the community.

You will receive additional payment request from VRBO after booking to pay the additional fees (usually a week before arrival).

You can cancel and receive a refund for additional fees three days prior to your arrival.
